[Resolved]  Huawei — Not closing the passport file since 6 months want to apply for new passport in bangalore

Respected Sir,
I have applied for passport in Lucknow passport office, But at the time of inquiry i was in bangalore so my passport application was in halt stage in passport office.
Since 2 years, I am working in Bangalore as a software engineer. Before 9 months i went to passport office, lucknow and they told that they will transfer the file to bangalore passport office.So application along with the banglore residential proff , I have submitted into the passport office. I have waited for 3 months but file didn't transfer to bangalore passport office.After then i have decided that i will close that file and apply for fresh passport in bangalore.So again submitted the application to close the file along with the affidevit and officers told that they will send the letter to my home but again 2 months are over and they have not sent the letter to my home. When my brother went to passport office then they are telling it is already sent, but we have asked to postman as well and according to him passport office have not sent any letter.Now passport officers are telling that submit one more affidavit which should tell i have not recieved any letter from passport office.
I want passport as soon as possible for office purpose.
Help me to solve this problem.
Also i want to say i am legal person then why it is taking so much time.
Also bangalore passport office is very much managed in comparioson to lucknow and people are ready to listen the problem.
Why these one file closur or file transfer is taking that much time??
Always this problem comes with the legal person only and all other terorist always gets the passport very easily.In news i have allrewady heard that lucknow passport office is blacklisted because so many terorist got passport from this office why?
