HUDA Haryana Gurgaon — NO ROADS IN SEC-10 A GURGAON FOR LAST TWO YEARS

THERE ARE NO ROADS IN ALL LOCATIONS (PARTICULARLY NEAR MEGHDOOT APARTMENT, MAIN ROAD SEC-10 A) IN SECTOR-10 A OF GURGAON.IT SEEMS THAT A BIG SCAM IS GOING ON IN GURGAON HUDA.
BECAUSE OF NO ROAD CONDITIONS BIG AMOUNT OF DUST IS SUSPENDED IN THE AIR ALL TIME CAUSING DIFFICULTIES FOR PEOPLE.
URGENT ACTION IS REQUIRED IMMIDIATELY

HUDA Refund Cheque, Speed Post — Huda Refund Cheque lost in transit

I have applied for HUDA residential plots in February 2008, for which the result was declared on 29th August, 2008. As my application did not make it, the refund of Rs. 45500/- should have been made with in 30 days.

But till today 03/11/2008, I have been trying to locate the refund cheque, which was sent by HUDA and dispatched by Rohtak Speed Post Centre to Gurgaon on 15/09/2008.

This cheque is untraceable and I have no clue how to get my hard earned money back. I had been spending at least 50/- on STD calls to Bahadurgarh HUDA office and SPEED POST centres almost daily.

If somebody help me out in this.

Dear Sir,
Bahadurgarh in the past as well as to the Chief Administrator, HUDA for the refund of my application money, but nothing has been done so far.
I have tried to call on telephone to Estate Officer, Bahadurgarh but it is always engaged and available only after office hours.I had applied for 8 Marla residential plot in Sector -13 in Bahadurgarh, Huda, Haryana.
The draw was held for residential plots for
Sector-13, Bahadurgarh on 29.08.08 but they have not bothered to refund my application money so far.My registration no. is BAH[protected].Kindly arrange to get me the refund along with the interest as soon as possible.

Hi all,
un-officially I come to know that they have started refund in last week. Most probably we get it upto this weekend.

But I'm not sure that they will send cheque or transfer back to bank acount.

Today I come to know that HUDA had refunded the money, but still some are missing. They have a list of the applicants at bahadurgarh office who had not found thier refund. I'm planning to visit the HUDA office. There is no telephonic/email communication from HUDA office. "At-leat HUDA is Govt orgnisation. Don't expect they will do for you, You need to do for your" -Regards -Manzoor

Road is not at all available in front of House no 2102 & 2103.SEctor 46, Gurgaon. Situation is worst than village.

NO ROADS INfront of house no.2102 & 2117 SEC-46 GURGAON FOR LAST four YEARS
We are facing big problem . Huge amount of mud is presnt on the road.
Pigs are enjoying on the mud road.
