[Resolved] Hundai santro Xing — poor service+ failure to dignosis real problem
I had purchsed car bearing registration no CG 04 H 1996 in 2005 from authorized dealer shivnath hundai, raipur, india.
i faced problem of sudden loss in acceleration /pick up, Problemwas reported and during service fuel filter was cleaned, however the problem did not solve fully. As it was intermittent problem and i used to drive less( my vehicle ran 5000 KM so far), and was not having any other problem, i continued to bear this as i was told this may be due to some kachra ( waste material) in petrol. But it was nagging.
i than reported this to Ashiana automobiles patna with this problem, they serviced 6/04/2008 and did tappet adjustment etc and charged Rs 1174 but problem remained there.
recently i got transferred to delhi and reported this problem to Capital hundai, noida, they attende vehicle on19/10/08 chaged rs 615 but problem did not solve, i again sent vehicle to them after reporting to custimer care they serviced on19/12 charged Rs 439 but problem remained as it is.
further again it was sent to capital hundai in last fortnight they finally could find that in valve chamber rocker arm is broken and broken part whenever gets stuck up somwhere in valve chamber, engine misses. I was charged Rs 10395/- and hope this problem do not appear.
how a word cLASS COMPANY like hundai take three years to solve a problem . i am sure the part got broken in warantee period itself as the part got sharpened after repeated hittings in valve body chamber. this amounts to failure of part no [protected], rocker arm during warantee period itself but problem was not attended. i want to take up with company for reimbursing charges incurred so far as it amounts to poor services and not solving the real problem.
pl take up with company. i hv taken photographs of broken parts and preserving them.
