Looks like you are another bakra. They are big time fraud. I want to take these people to consumer court. Preparing the notice that will be served to them first. My 22k is stuck there and no ones bothers to respond to calls or emails. They sell used and refurbished products.Such a mental harassment.

Hi Manoj, HURRAH.IN is[protected]% fake, fraud and cheater. They import damaged phones and replace parts then sell it here. No way they can get a new imported phone with customs involved at that price. I know we want to save few bucks and fall in trap of these kind of people. Contact me on how I am proceeding in my case. hurrah is a biggggggggggggg... online fraud.they sell used and almost non working products, which are not shipped to customer even after getting full payment, if sent, they stop working within day. when sent back for replacement or repair, they never come back. this mullah is cheat, speaks rudely if you happen to get thro, which is rare, as most of the times mobile is switched off and the landline no [protected] is never picked up.

If your problem solved out then you can now apologise for that you have complained or simply say that your problem is solved...
I have also ordered a cell phone long back and now again planning to buy the next one for my frnd..
I also suffered as It took a moths to get me the cell phone..!!but they told me to wait I waited ..!
Frnds they are running a business they work to get the people statisfied they also have formalities to be done..
If still some1 is there whose problem is still not solved kindly contact them through email as I can see they have disabled their contact no..
I think I m the luckiest one to have cellphone in such prices..services sometyms sucks but however I got the cellphone in brand new condition and good prices .
