Complaint — transaction failure
respected sir/madam,i am vinod today[protected] i tried to book an online ticket from chennai to kakinada in circar express train no is 7643 on[protected] and i made payment of 2603/- through sbi debit card. but tickets were not booked and i got an error message like "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&"...and finally that amount was deducted from my account. please i request you to refund my amount.
