I applied to convert my pre-paid connection ([protected]) to post-paid connection on 15.12.07 through your agent M/s. CSC Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. The field executive visited my home and issued me new sim card No. [protected] against filled application form, Rs. 250.00, Passport size photograph and xerox of my identity proof. against Rs. 250.00, receipt no. 33757 handed over to me. The sim card was supposed to be activated within 48 hours, but till now, 4 days have passed and my sin card is not activated. i have been trying to get connected to CSC financial on nos. given by them ([protected], [protected]) but those nos. are not responding.
You are requested to activate my sim card as soon as possible.
