[Resolved]  Hyderabad Metro Water Works — NO WATER SINCE 10 MONTHS

As a president of the Krishna nagar colony, Bholak pur Secunderbad opp. New Gandhi Hospital Municipal number 6-4-477 to 490, the colony is very old and the sewerage line near 6-4-488 is badly broken and the sewarage watter is seiping in to the earth there is every possiblity may get it contaminated with the fresh water line running parallel to the seware line. The colony is 55 years old and sewarage line of 4" were laid way back in 1960 required change urgent need. The authorities are attending the first aid but they could not able to control the seipage. Request the authority to change the bigger pipe line of the colony and arrest the seapage of sewarage water getting in to the earth is most alarming.

We are residents of 25-73, venkatramreddynagar, near gandhinagar, chintal. not getting water since 8-9months and absolutely there is no response from either local office or from callcentre.
We have lodged many complaints to local office verbally and by call centre. But there is atleast no action of response. So we would like to know for what reason we are paying the water bill for this many days even for not using we don't understand. The toal line itself no water supply for many of houses.
Kindly just look in to this and try to give us a possible solution.

It is well known that there are too many complaints regarding supply of water by HMWSB . The organization is too thick skinned to react. Their web site gives details regarding Bill payments only and it is of absolutely not at all useful for any other information. For instance if some body wants new connection or diversion of existing line the web site is silent . This web site is only to show that HMWSSB web site exists. I request authorities to all information regarding rules and regulations, and procedures. Also they should post action taken on complaints in their web site

We are residents of 1-9-278, Opp. Ganesh Anjayaneya Temple, Dwarakapuram, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad-500 060 we not getting water since 6 months and absolutely there is no response from either local office or from callcentre.
