The same is the problem in Kapra and Uppal circle.Tanker is not provided even after 6days of registerin.And the drivers are demanding Rs.800/- for each tanker.we dont know to whom we have to complain..Very mich delay and callousness attitude of the staff there and the tanker drivers..

Hi my name is Charan I have booked a water tanker by dialing 155313 last Sunday (3/6/2012). Today (11/6/2012) I got a message saying my request is solved that mean Metro Water world has supplied water tanker to me. But the truth is they have not supplied any tanker to me instead they have sent a false message saying solved and for any query call [protected]. I tried to this number many time but nobody is lifting phone. So the service from Metro water works is highly dissatisfying.
The worst service i have ever encountered...though we are supplied drinking water with a low pressure and that too of 4 days interval we have booked a tanker on 24/05/2013 and till today we are in short of the water supply and when we go to the place from where the supply of water is done they say that there is no booking on that token number that they have sent to our phone during the time of our tanker booking and several times we have called up on to their customer service and they keep on telling that your tanker is already booked and tell us all sought of cock and bull stories if this is the case in Hyderabad the capital city of A.P then what would be the condition of the people who live in other places of the state...as we all know that a day without water is miserable, shame on this govt. and shame on their services provided for the sake of name but not in real...
water works — Water charges
We the people of Bhopal getting alternate Water supply since more than one year i.e. for 180 days a year, while we are paying full amount of water charges for 360 days, is it reasonable?. and the same are increased further to Rs.180/- p/m. Why not we pay half of the amount according to the supply we are actually geting.
