[Resolved] hyderabad online florists — un-fair business practice

At the time of order, they did not mention any time that they will send the chocolates and the gift through a courier service and it may take 2 to 3 days? the customer service is justifying this as I should have read the terms and conditions.

Even the flowers were not been delivered on the promised day; the phone is not working i tried 40 calls; the number is busy. Its a 1570 INR order# HOF-[protected]. They sucks!!

Very horrible service. I called before placing an order and ensure that the look of the bouquet would remain the same barring in mid the alteration of the color of roses.However to my surprise when the bouquet for which i paid around INR 995 order# HHof[protected] was delivered it was no less than a rode side rose flowers wrapped in a plastic sheet. When I called up the customer service their approach was bad and did not bother to take up this issue.

Pathetic service will never recommend.

They are just a hoax. I ordered a Rakhi for my cousin in Hyderabad thinking that he will receive it in 2 days atleast considering that the website name "www.hyderabadonlineflorists.com" and their bragging about the locations in which they deliver. I ordered the rakhi on Aug 6th 2014. Rakhi was on Aug 10th. It is 12th Aug and it is still in courier. I have no idea that they are going to send the Rakhi from Kolkata via Bangalore to Hyderabad in Fedex. The website is undependable. Don't believe it. Let alone 1 star, I don't want to give any rating to it.
