i have sent car no wb 20 u 3069 for repairing on 16.2.2010 in saini hyundai kolkata car service centre, but from the car service centre there is no news when the car will deliver. On over phone the are saying when parts available than work will done Was this information helpful? | |

The main problem in i10 Magna is EPS motor. I have purchased reputed Car from Hyundai for my satisfaction but I felt lot of problems in the car within two years.
1) Suspension problem.
2) Steering rod problem
3) EPS problem.
About problem no. 02 I want to share my experience that I belong to Kota Rajasthan. I get my car serviced at regular intervals at Kota service center, Kamal Hyundai. I felt a jarring noise problem. I approached Kamal hyundai many times to repair the same and they replaced shocher bush on chargeable basis instead of relaching the steering rod.
then i went to PL Hyundai, Jaipur for servicing and they noticed the same problem and after contacting Delhi head office, PL Hyundai replaced the part immediately free of cost because the car was in warranty period.
Now I am facing the EPS problem and the steering is as hard as a loadedtruck, the cost of EPS motor is Rs 25000- (approx). The warranty peroid has expired only 10 days ago. Kindly suggest any alternate.
