i have bought a Hyundai T6188 mode mobile through deals4all on SBI Card offer, a few months back (OCTOBER 2008). the phone worked only for 15 days and since then the battery is neither getting charged nor the phone, we dont get a spare battery in Chennai any where. the company warranty is not accompanied and the service center is not found anywhere in Chennai. it is my sincere request to all agencies not to market such products, also the credit card bank should not entertain such marketing. any such product bought through credit card are being charged and the customers are paying for it. it is all hard earned money and your customers are valuable don't cheat them by promoting such products. we should try to drag all those who are involved in such hawala to consumer forum. i request all those who are being cheated by bank, marketing and advertising to join hands and look forward to get the compensate. I too bought the same mobile using my credit card 3 months back and the battery is getting discharged in just 10 minutes of time after fully charging it. I am not able to find service centre in Chennai. I agree with the author of this mail, the credit card companies are joining hands with such type of dealers and cheating the customers.

Sir,I have purchased hyundai mobile phone t6188 through homeshop18 .
I have received mobile vide compact international[protected] invoice no.58301 dt.31.10.2008
customer bill no. HS/0809/20806 Buyer's order No.[protected] order dt.26.10.2008
I have paid an amount Rs.2999/- in cash after receiving delivery.
Last 2-3 months mobile battery is discharging immediately. I have see the battery in market but the product is out of market or not availabe in market so I can not get the battery.
