[Resolved]  Hyundai Motor India Ltd (Hmil) — regd., exchange and corporate bonus

i purchased i10 magna on 31/12/2008 from kosmo hyundai,m/s Ahuja automobiles Amritsar with vin no.MALAM 51 CR 8 M,customer id C[protected] with clear understanding that i would be reimbursed an Amt.of Rs.12000 on account of exchange claim bonus(Rs.10000.oo) and for corporate bonus Rs.2000/=by virtue of the fact i am a govt.employee(doctor at civil hospital batala).The afore said commitment made by dealer (Ahuja automobiles) was assured to be honoured with in six months viz.by 30/6/2009.when contacted with dealer after six months,they stated that the claim lodged by me is without support of appropriate papers,which was absolutely not a fact as all the relevant papers were submitted to them with in time by me.only fault of mine is that i submitted the concerned papers in good faith of them without insisted for a receipt in this regard.I,however submitted all relevant documents once again on 17/8/2009 to them and to their head office of region/area at rajive gandhi IT park chandigarh as they asked me.Claim was also simultaneously lodged through e.mails,telephones time and again.Despite numerous Phone calls,e mails,personnel visits to dealer at amritsar,legal notices(13/3/2010 & reminder) claim has not been settled yet. It has caused me a great mental agony & pain because i am feeling cheated by co./dealer.plz do my favour.

Ahuja Automobiles — exchange Bonus

I, Lt Col A K Gupta, purchased a car I10 from the dealer, Ahuja Automobiles on 20 Sep 09, where i was told that there is a exchnge bonus offered by hyundai on sale of previous car while buying, present car. Accordingly i submitted the required documents to dealer within a month of purchase of this car, The dealer assured me that the cheque of Rs 15000.00 would be issued by the company and soon would be given as it comes to them. Since that day and now today, i have been complaining to the company on their toll free no. and as yet except false assurances from them, i have not got anything. I have registered my complaint with Hyundai is not even responding. on the issue and not a call from it to me has been made nor from the dealer even. My compliant id is[protected].
I advise people not to trust the dealer or the company on the issue of false assurances at all. Also now i am fed up speaking to their customer care no. again and again with no fruitful outcome. I am now forced to take a legal action against the company very shortly.
