Hyundai Verna — Non availability of spare parts | |||
i bought a new hyundai verna fluidic on 1st august 2011 Vehicle no. (JK02AT 4032). On 8th of august i placed an order for a spare of car's air conditioner. i did not received any information or part till date. i even informed the customer care department when they called me in month of september and said me feedback will be provided with in 48 hours but unfortunately no feedback is provided to me. i want to know from the company when i will be provided with the spare part or any information related to that. In short services of Hyundai motors are inadequate. I am unsatisfied with their services. Was this information helpful? | |||

VERNA FLUIDIC HYUNDAI — NON AVAILABILITY OF ESSENTIAL PART
Hi,I am driving Verna Fludic (Hundai) which was bought on 26 Jul 2011. It meet with an accident in Aug first week. I was taken to workshop immidiately.
Manufacturing Defect : Most important part of engine, INTER - COOLER is placed right below front Bumper.
Part not across India.
I am zapped that such an important part without which dealer says not to drive car as engine might get siezed (choked) is not available across India. Then they should certainly stop selling cars.
Its a BIG troulbe to get things fixed for VERNA, POOR Service.
