[Resolved]  I F B / washing machine — complaint registered not being attended

I registered a complaint with the helpline of IFB CARE (telephone No.[protected] in regard to malfunctioning of my washing machine, which is covered under annual maintenance contact, on 29th
January 2009 vide ticket No.2670375.The comlaint has not been attended to so far despite repeated
reminders to helpline and Area Managers Rohit Bhaskar (Mobile No.[protected]) and Manish (mobile
no. [protected]). S.O.S. Mr. C.E.O. of the Company.
