[Resolved]  I-SOLUTIONS — PF AMOUNT

I am N M Bravisin shaju(Emp code:19995)was working in
I Solution Chennai branch(ICICI Bank) from June 2006 to may 2007.i got account statement which you sent me(Rs 814),in that statement you deducted Rs2000 for ID card but I applied PF on December 2007. I submitted all documents including ID card to SAHIN(HR) Chennai nugambakkam branch. But u deducted amount for ID card. And I applied PF 2 years back still I didn’t get any feed back. Every month Rs600 deducted from my salary for PF, l ask many times for status of my PF, but nobody responding.
I attached account statement and my salary slip.pls finds attachment.plese give me feedback.please kindly do this needful
