I resigned this company which is service provider to ICICI Bank Ltd on 01 May 2008 & i submitt my resignation letter. I have fill my PF form and send to mumbai office, but my courier was returned. Please send me the address of your main office with Phone number.

I have applied for P.f Withdrawl But till date i have not received my P.F amount .As per employer mail ([protected]@i-solutionsindia.com) it was submitted in Mumbai P.f Department on 12 november 2010. kindly update the status

This confirmation was again given by H R Excecutive and i have reapetedly follow upped with this HR, but no any proper responce i am getting, till date it is not yet clear'd. I (PULAK PAL) was a Employee of I-Solutions Providers (INDIA) Private Ltd. My Employee ID was 10560. My PF Number is: MH/94095/323. My Joining date was : 02nd Nov.2005 & Last Working date was: 31st March 2007. When I left the job I have submitted my PF Settlement form to Mr. Suman (HR of Kolkata Office at 10, wood Street, Kolkata-16). But till now I am not getting my PF amount. I have checked the Employee Provident Fund Side Clamed Statuses till now Clamed is Pending from your end.

Several time I talk to Mr. Suman about my PF Settlement ( HR of Kolkata Office) every time he reapply to me will get as early as possible. But suddenly he left the Company & Close the Kolkata Office also.
