[Resolved]  IAF/AFCAO — Non-receipt of Leave encashment amount

I, Ex 762364 Sgt Barun Kumar Goswami, Elect-Fit, discharged from service on 21 Sep 2011. More than one year has elapsed since then but I am yet to receive the Leave Encashment Amount of my 266 days of accumulated leave. i have submitted all the necessary documents before my discharge. Please do the needful so that i get the aforesaid amount at an early date. Please expedite.

I, Ex 762364 Sgt Barun Kumar Goswami, was discharged from service on 21 Sep 2011 in medical category P3 (p) with multiple disability. My application for disability pension was accepted by the authority. The same was intimated to me in written. But I am not in receipt of any disability pension as on date. Please help in getting the above said disability pension with no more delay.

I 761541-N Ex Sgt Vinod kumar verma retired on 30 Oct 11. I had taken money for 10 days leave encashment on LTC for the year 2011. While taking clearance from account section they took back that money because non forwarding of por for that particular leave encashment for LTC for 10 days. I have not yet received my CIA arrears, (I stayed in SRINAGAR 51 Sqn, AF) I submitted my documents what ever required, When ever in service.I retaired from service on 31 Jan 2010. My service NO is 709757-F SGT MAHESWARAM BABU RAJENDRA PRASAD Inst/fit.

I, EX- JWO Amitesh Mukherjee, Ser. No. 732874-H went on discharge vide RO/ 2504/2/RW (D) dated 14 Jul 2008 w.ef 31 Jul 2009. Subsequently I was paid leave encashment of Rs. 218872 for 265 days. . As per NE POR/X/5/2009 dated 01/08/2009 which was issued at the time of discharge, I had encashed my leave more than 300 days. And also 07 days leave enchased with LTC vide POR no. 2225s/P32/2009 dtd 29 Jun 2009 and NE POR no. 2225s/X5/2009 dated 01 Aug 2009.
I had send you a letter by speed post (no. EW[protected]IN on 05/09/2012. Till now I have not got any reply. So far I do not know what is the status of the payment of balance days of leave encashment. I thus request you to kindly intimate me at the E-mail address [protected]@rediffmail.com about the payment of the balance leave encashment.

I, 697458-R Ex JWO Panikkavettil Vijayakumar Eng Fit retired on 29 Feb 2012 after completion of 26 years (Last unit :PTS, AF). My PPO No. 08/14/B/10450/2012.
1. Disability Pension 20 % entitled vide RO/2703/697458/P&W (DP/RMB) dated 20 Jan 12. Till date I have not received the same. Please do the needfull.
2. My total leave encashment is 301 days but received only 288 days. Finalisation IRLA balance +ench+... vide CAO/10103/697458/02/2012/NERS dated 06 Nov 12. (total amount received is Rs 80, 941/-)

I 762534-T Ex-Sgt Vivek Anil Kumar Singh Elect Fit got discharged from service on 31 Mar 2013 ( 4 Wing) . I have received LE benefits however 10% of LE is still awaited. My due amount for posting claim is yet to be settled. My basic pay at the time of retirement was 12070/- (as per PPO issued to me) which however is incorrect since I was drawing the basic pay of 12230/- at the time of discharge. Same needs to be corrected at the earliest. Further I have not received any interest amount on my PF contribution of the financial year 2012-13. I just want to know the time frame for all these activities so that I can plan my future investment. U can send me the details on my e-mail ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in
