[Resolved]  IBM India Limited — Disconnected the[protected]

I have 3 connections with my name. DEC-10-2007 I had requested to disconnect [protected] which is used for personal propose. But Airtel customer care was disconnect my business number[protected]. I have contact customer care several time but they have failed guide me and active my account. It is really disappointing that last 21 days my business got affected but no action has been taken from Airtel.
More than that people in customer care not educated enough. They didn’t have any basics sense and not have enough information and more than that they are not willing to accept there fault, they interested more in urge rather than guide customer or resolve issue.
Floor managers are discontinue the calls with intention as they are unable to resolve the issue (Anureka and Ravi from Bangalore)
Could any one guide me how I can proceed this mater to court as I believe Airtel can't resolve. Also I will forward this case to over the e-world so that people lose interest on Airtel
