Even we are not getting our 387 $ even after exchanging close to 15 emails and 50 phone calls(half of which they never cared to attend) . Please let us know if you have any luck in getting your money back.

I have also tried to connect with these ibsn tax people to get back my 150$ which I paid as a fee for preparing my file file # I58702 which was wrongly created and was not supposed to be created in first place because due to the duration for which i was in US and the way i got paid for those days, it doesnt apply for me to file in US tax returns for the year 2010... but these guys didnt even let me know this till the very last moment where i had already paid of the tax preparation fees... then when they realised this they did say that it was a mistake from thier end and that they would be refunding my money... this was in March 2011 and now it is July 2011 but there is no response from them... i have sent nearly 10 mails and i dont remember the count of how many times i must have tried reaching them on thier US contact numbers as well as India contact numbers... I am now planning to raise this to Consumer Forum because though i escalated this issue on their website still there was no response from them... it is my hard earned money and IBSN does not have the right to keep this money if there is a mistake at their end in preparing the file...!!!

This year was my first time usage of IBSN for tax filing and I should say I am really disappointed with the service and response from IBSN. IBSN was suggested by one of my friend. I had used online tax filing site. I am filing US tax for 2010 from India. I have been repeatedly sending my query through internal message system many times and there is no response.
They filed by state tax return and since it was having lot of errors, State tax return was rejected. This was after I paid the amount for tax return. Since then, there is no response from IBSN even when i try to contact them through messaging or email. Their contact number most of the time never works (no one picks up) and when at times some one picks up, nothing significant happens.
There is absolutely no response from IBSN regarding this.There is no help from IBSN side to urgently process the same. The phone numbers or emails given in the site never works. No response from it. Phone number never works. IBSN has made mistakes in my CA tax filing report and the tax filing did not happen. Then I had to filing by myself through one of the US tax filing sites, after last date since IBSN was responding properly.

This is normal of IBSN. Go ahead and do a "Credit card dispute" if you have paid them through your credit card.
TO ALL THOSE WHO WANT TO FILE IT RETURNS THROUGH IBSN:
PLEASE DO NOT FALL PREY TO THESE FRAUDSTERS. UNTIL YOU PAY THE MONEY THEY WILL NOT EVEN ALLOW YOU SLEEP. ONCE THEY GET THE MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNT, EVEN GOD CANNOT FIND THEM OR CONTACT THEM.

One final word, to all those people at IBSN - not only the management but also the employees... you are in one way or the other supporting / helping these crooks. You will also experience the same fate of the customers who lost their money. Even any one of you have heart kick them and take action so that they are sent behind bars.
