Once same thing happened with me also. Immediately I droped the mail and I recieved thecourseware within 12 to 15 working days.

Dear Ms.Blessey Alexander, It is seen from the records that you were enrolled into the PGD SCM program on July 12, 2008 and the initial courseware was couriered same day by DTDC vide consignment number U20408861. The courier could not trace your address, contact particulars and returned the consignment undelivered on July 22, 2008. Information on courseware return and request for confirmation of mailing address was sent to you on August 04, 2008. On receiving the confirmation of address and changed contact numbers, the courseware was re-dispatched by First flight vide consignment number SA1161995 on August 07, 2008. It’s receipt was acknowledged by you vide email dated October 06, 2008 as well. You have even appeared for the examinations held in January 2009. It may be appreciated that the University has tried its best to service the books, while the courier could not find you for delivering the same. Further, curriculum too was emailed to you thrice with the latest on March 11, 2010. As such, the allegations are baseless.

Hi, I enrolled for the MS Finance course in Nov 2007, my enrollment no is[protected]. Till date I have recieved books for the Alpha and Beta groups. ICFAI insists that they sent the Gamma books which I havent yet received. For the past one month I have been communicating with them regarding the same, all the assurances that I recieve from their branch in Mumbai tell me to collect the books for Gamma group from old students to study for the exams. ICFAI has the dispatch courier details, but no receipt details as I haven't received any of the books of the Gamma group. I request ICFAI to kindly send me the courseware instead of making me plead with old students from all over Mumbai for their books or return my fees of Rs 57, 000.

Dear Ms.Smeeta Fernandes,

As per records courseware for Gamma was provided alongwith that of Group Beta by BLUE DART courier vide consignment [protected] on 25.01.2008, which was duly acknowledged at your end on 04-Feb-2008.

Receipt of courseware for Group Beta implies receipt of courseware for Group Gamma as well.

However, as a special case, courseware for Group Gamma is being re-sent through Firstflight courier to address available on records.

You may make arrangements to receive the same in 3-5 days and contact SSD for any further clarification.
