ICFAI — Need refund of my fees | |
I was wrongly sold CFA programme of ICFAI . I was given a Enrollment Number:[protected], actually i wanted to take admission for insurance programme but CFA programme was sold to me, Rs 10000 was debited from my cardMs Pallavi of Andheri(W), Mumbai who councelled me for the same stopped picking up my calls when I was trying to contact her for help. I have stopped payment of remaining instalments, now ICFAI university has started harassing me by sending mails and legal notices at my residence. I need refund, but ICFAI has refused for the same on mail. This kind of administration is threat to education industry. Kindly my case should be taken into consideration and proper action required. KIND ATTN: MAGZINE SUBSCRIPTION SECTION
I HAVE SENT A DD FOR Rs 450 FOR PURCHASE OF OLD ISSUES OF ANALYST MAGZINE.I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MAGZINES WERE DESPATCHED.BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COURIER.WHEN I VERIFIED WITH THE DTDC COURIER THEY ALSO CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET.
CAN YOU LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE FOR IMMEDIATE DESPATCH AND CONFIRMATION TO ME.

Please note that the admission application for CFA and Insurance are different. By filling up the forms you should have noted which course you are seeking enrollment. It is not possible for our sales people to sell you a CFA form when you are asking for Insurance. Either you are not bothered at the time of filling it up or idea of joining Insurance is an after thought.
It is not clear as to how you could enroll into CFA program when you wanted to do Insurance program. Please approach SSD with your requirements, who would consider your shift your program. The email id is [protected]@icfaiuniversity.in or call our toll free no[protected] or[protected].

It is surprising to note that you have filled-up the enrollment application form, without knowledge of the program you are seeking admission into. As I understand, the Icfai brochures are very clear in content about the program a student is seeking into.
