Dear Sir,
1. I, Major Sudhir Payal enrolment No MBA2081904 (valid upto Oct 2013), am writing this application to you with a request to help me get my refund of fee paid by me ie Rs 68548/- (Rupees sixty eight thousand five hundred & forty eight only) towards the above MBA programme to ICFAI University. Details of fee paid are as under :-

3. I am also constrained to inform you that I have forwarded a number of applications to the ICFAI University with the above details by post to the Dean, ICFAI University(receipt of speed post also att), as well as by email, with a request to terminate my enrollment num but I have not received any reply from their office till date.
4. The reason for withdrawing from the above programme is due to my job constraint. I hereby submit that I am an Army Officer posted in a remote area in which accessibility to the above programme is not feasible. Moreover the job of Army as you will also understand, demands a lot of dedication & commitment especially in field conditions. Thus while serving in extreme conditions, with a paucity of time & leave constraints, It has become impossible for me to pursue the course. This is also a reason that I have not appeared in any of the semester exams till dt. However I have already submitted the entire tution fee to the ICFAI University.
5. The ICFAI University, Hyderabad has however failed to correspond with me on the above. The fee paid in advance by me is substantial, the refund has been delayed inordinately causing mental harassment as well adverse financial implications to me. In view of the above I request to seek your kind intervention to help me recover my money back. Copy of relevant docus is attached as appendix to this letter). I hope the request of this serving soldier will be addressed at the earliest.
