[Resolved]  ICFAI National College — PDF documents not submitted

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to inform you that I was working with ICFAI National College, Mira road from date: July 2005 to Aug 2007 . My PF was regularly deducted from my salary. completing all the PF withdrawal paper work at my end. I have not received any reply from PF Office neither from ICFAI Hyderabad. Now as per ICFAI Hyderabad they are not submitted by documents as I have leave office without notice period .

I request all of you to provide your kind co-operation to bring the immediate solution to the above matter.

Hi this is Firoz Salim Khan .. as per reply by P. Hemalatha INC-HR, She has submitted my PF Form to PF Dept on 14 Sept 2009, also received mail from INC-HR with scan copy of acknowledge by PF office .But as per status on official web site of PF www.epfindia.com is "Your Claim not received by this Office! "
