I am Ram Prakash from Mathura U.P. I want your help because I am suffering from ICFAI University. First time when I went there for inquiry then they told me about their Monthly payment scheme but I was not agree because the monthly payment was too much for me then they told me that U should make a single payment in two months. On this basis I enrolled with great pleasure but after three months one notice received by me which was came from Hifco Marvel then I told this matter to (Mr.Kapil garg) branch manager of mathura but he told me for ignore this & after some months he left his job from icfai when I try to call him he gives no response. I am very sorry in these days because I lost my elder Brother also who could help me. My brother helped to pay my fee but now I can not make any payments. I wrote mails to icfai for withdraw my course but they told me that U couldn’t withdraw your course without full payment. You can file a complaint against these frauds at the International Consumer Rights Protection Council
Send in a simple test mail to [protected]@consumergrievance.com and within few minutes you will receive the procedure on how to file a complaint.

I also want to request all of student who are thinking for ICFAI, please don't be thinks about this university. There all the center and department corrupted. I have also cheated by this. I want to communicate so much time by Email to ICFAI. But they could not response back.
Over all this is not education oriented university but its Money oriented university from poor student like Us.

"No institute can charge for the services it has not provided and no institute can compell its students to undergo their course without the will of the students" is there in the Consumer Protection Act and any institute doing so can be charged for "unfair trade practice"

i agree with the complaints, i thik that icfai university is spoiling the career of students.
I am a student of Icfai national college, now (Adam smith institute of management) for last 1 yr, my batch is[protected], now i want to convert it into correspondence of PTU university, Can anybody help us out on how to get it done, in case we are not given our 2nd semester passing certificate by Icfai college authority or are denied to be provided the same. As PTU distance learning center has allowed us to get enrolled with them. plz give us a way out
I agree, but we have to solve this problem with peace of mind. what to do now, after all this relate to our future.
ICFAI Business School, ICFAI National College, Adam Smith Insitute of Management, Magnus Business School, Mentuaris Business School, Centauris Business School, Cygmax Business School, and the new Versions Amplex Business School are the various variants of ICFAI formed just top Fool Public...the faculty and dean of these institues are persons who are thrown out of their earlier instituions and who had found a safe haven...no other instiute will accept these thrown outs only those who are illegal can accomodate them...

Your case isnot new against this worst institution. even u can see many ppl who r in the same situation in u r. my suggession is all o[censored], file a cse against this institution together, bcause in our demoratic country no body can force u, it our wish to continue or dicontinue. i think Marvel is also part of this fraud.
They r very clever and thats why they have made this kind of bond.
