This University is absolutely worst for correspondence students as well, they are here just to make money and only money, neither do they clear the exams properly despite giving your level best and during my tenure with this university I noticed that numerous students form different batches along with mine left this university's programmes of MBA, MCA, CFA & joined other universities like Symboisis, Eiilm, IPM, IMS Pune, Sikkim Manipal, Annamalai University and managed to get their degrees & Diplomas but this university kept on hampering the career of the students for the sake of money for 4 to 6 years, as on quater basis they use to conduct their tests and for that they use to charge 1000 Rs for each subject every time on iutripura.com website, ICFAI University never cleared the exams of students but these same student with same IQ level managed to procure their degrees from above mentiond universities successfully by clearing their exams in first stroke.
Now the management of ICFAI University must scrutinize its intentions and modus-operandi that what is the problem with their style of taking & checking the examination and how it should be rectified, on the same forum readers can also find few more comments made against their correspondence courses and regular ones.
This University has really destroyed the career of several students. please be careful before you enroll yourself for this university I and many other students too never paid a heed to the warning of other students & under the haughtiness of our intelligence & convincing words of their counsellors we joined this university which resulted in wasting of 4 golden years of our life and money although later we managed to get our degrees from other universities with good percentages but we failed to retrieve those lost years that created a lot of problem for us to apply for abroad & in procuring the jobs as you cannot justify your constantly getting failed and focused of your studies fully by leaving your jobs just because these people don't clear your tests properly in 1 to 6 attempts.

I enrolled to ICFAI correspondence MBA last year in September...At the time of enrollment the ICFAI agents were all behind me to enroll myself in their centre...I finally enrolled to ICFAI shimla thinking that it is a reputed institute known for its quality service.In the beginning everything was fine..I gave my 1st group exams in January 2008 and cleared them...After this I came to know what kind of service these people have...I was supposed to get the books for my 2nd group exams that were scheduled to be conducted in April..The last date to register for these exams was March 31st and guess what i got the books somwhere in mid April...According to ICFAI these had been sent to me in the March beginning...But still I didn't get them in time inspite of sending a whole bunch of e mails to them..I ignored it for the first time as i thought it might have happened as a mistake..As a result of this i was not able to give exams in April and was forced to waste me 2-3 months and giving the exams in July which I did bt this time after I gave the exams I got an e mai, from ICFAI saying that the syllabus has been changed and I would have to give the exams again for which they would be sending me the books according to the new syllabus with in 5 BUSINESS DAYS...I got this email from them on August 7th and today it is August 26th and I still haven't got anything inspite of sending at least 10-12 e mails to them regarding this...the last date for filling the October exams is Aug 31st and I know i would again not be able to give these exams as i am not going to get the books by then...ICFAI has a very nice gimmick that they use to attract the students...when u enroll they would tell you that if you pay an extra 4500rs you wouold be registered to a placement scheme being run by them but the condition is that you would have to complete the MBA in 2yeras(which i'm pretty sure no one would be able to taking into consideration the kind of service they rpovide..so it is a nice gimmick to steal 4500 bucks out of you...BE CARE FUL, , , , I wanted to share THIS WITH ALL OF YOU SO THAT NO ONE ELSE FALLS IN THE SAME SITUATION AS ME...
