[Resolved]  ICICI ATM — Received 900 rs Less form ATM SC1D2276

HI,

i Made a Transaction for Rs 5000, But Cash Dispensed from the ATM is 4100.(900rs Less)

The order in which money came out is (1*100)=100 + (3*1000) = 3000 + (10*100) = 1000 (Total 4100).

i think the guy who feeds the tray, has intentionally fed 100rs not in 1000rs tray. so i got 100 rs instead of 100. (am wondering how 100rs not can come in between two 1000rs note if its an ATM Machine error, so its confirmed that the person who feeds the note is culprit)

i raised the on-line complaint (SR[protected], With out contacting me they closed the service request saying that "We are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been paid completely"

i have all the Currency numbers & Also Transaction receipt.

Please any one guide me shall i book the case on these guys.

because i dont want some should undergo same problem. any suggestions i[censored] have contact me @ below mail Id.

ICICI Bank — Less cash paid at ATM

I withdrew cash of rs 3000 from ICICI atm at R.S.Puram, Coimbatore on 23 May 2009.I was dispersed on Rs 2600 {500*4 and 100*6 Note-01 Rs100 note found inbetween first 500 note and the second 500 note.The security Mr.Ravikumar and one more ICICI acount holder Mr.Srinivas was witness.Since the bracnch was closed logged a written complaint in the serurity book also phone banking complaint ref#[protected] with Mr.Bhaskar.Next day visited RS Puram branch who checked the security register and confimed that even security has logged a complaint mentioning short cah dispersement.They said i should log complaint with P/Banking who would check with RSP branch and Rs 400 would be credited.I have raised an exclation complaint on 28 May 2009 # 10757393.I have spoken to Mr.Bhaskar on 23 May, Mr.Chirag on 27 May, Ms.Sony & Mr.Renuka on 28 May & Mr.Chandan, MrPhani and Mr.Ranjeet on 30 May 2009 but all invein.
They are passing buck and saying visit nearest branch.Rs400 is a small amount but it is wrong.Moreover the officials are not listening to myside instead they say that the above transaction was completed and they have closed the complaint.Transaction was complete but the disbursement was wrong.I smell some big racket in this, request to investigate.

ICICI — Got less money in ATM

Hi ,

on 31-Aug-09, i have withdrawn Rs.11000 from ICICI ATM, but i got only 10200.
The problem was i got 19Nos* 500currency and 7 Nos* 100, i found two notes of 100 currency instead of 500currency in between 500 currency notes.

i contacted branch and Customercare but of no use, they always send messages saying it has been fully according to our records.

finally i lost 800 + going to bank + other phone call charges.

ICICI Bank — non payment of cash from ATM

I tried to withdraw cash rs 8000/ and Rs 5000/- from my account no[protected] ICICI bank through the facility provided by PNB Bank on 2nd Dec 2010. However no cash was received by me and the transaction slip showed an amount of Rs 10000/- which was never made. The bank officials are informing me that the transaction was successfully completed which is not correct i never received the cash and the transaction mentioned on the slip is also wrong. Please look into the matter urgently.
iT IS VERY SURPRISING THAT NO STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE. THERE ARE NEARLY 1000 COMPLAINTS REGISTERED AGAINST ICICI BANK ARE THERE ANY SOLUTIONS ALSO ??? IT IS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY THAT HAS BEEN LOST DUE TO ELECTRONIC FAILURE IS NO ONE ANSWERABLE FOR THIS

ICICI Bank — received less money from ATM

i am a user of icici bank and credit card.I withdrawn Rs 10,000 on Jan 17, 2011 from Barclays ATM but received only 9600 bugs that is Rs 400 less, i filed the complain with icici customer care the very same day and service request no was SR[protected] and was told that it wud be resolved in 12 days. on 29 jan i checked the status of my complaint and found that my money was not credited in my account and again when i called the icici customer care i was told that there was no default found as barclays bank shows it was a successful transaction. this is ridiculous on part of Icici and the way they have resolved my problem infact they have not resolved it and they have created a mental tension for me that i have lost my 400 bugs because of their system default. please help me to solve my problem and get back my 400 bugs. today it was 400 bugs other day it can be more than that. it is a BIG SHAME on ICICI bank..
