Tax saving bond option II January 2005 — not complaint enquiry about cheque

Dear SIr

This is not a complaint, but just one enquiry. My Husband Mr. Shiv Chandra Baser had purchased 06 no. bonds 5000/-rs each in January 2005 & that got also matured and we have also got cheque.
but problem is that My husaband is died on 9th June 2009.
The cheque issued is on the name of my husband. pl. let me know what i have to do to issue a new cheque on behalf of me.
