[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — FRAUD authorisation

Dear All,

See the way Aviva and ICICI Bank and playing with the customers money. One sells the policy by mis-informing the customer and other authrise the transaction. Aviva fraudlently despite giving more than a month notice produces the bill to ICICI and they also authrised it even when I told ICICI Bank to not authrising the transaction (twice).
Now they are playing with me by sending me to each other. They both are harrassing me for more than a year.

Pls send me the commnets and mention other such instances where Insurance and Financial institutions are doing such CRIMINAL activites

Thanks

Your guys taken the requested documents and then disappear which I
don't expect from you. I gave the supporting documents for Mr. Tarun
Vijayee on 06Oct and he never updated me on the status and now got
transfered to Patna. I gave her all the supporting documents which I
gave earlier also under ref.[protected]. I asked him some questions
which are unanswered, I asked the same questions yesterday to
Sapna(from collection) and she dropped my call. Your guys made around
20 calls on 27 and 28 Nov!!! to me and harrased but when I asked
questions they put down the phone. Very professional bank, non sense.
Pls aswer the following 1 why 2250 authrised when ECS instruction for
25K on 23 Jul07 2 I requested to stop the same twice before Aviva
claimed this amount from you why I was not taken seriously
I gave 1 month prior notice to aviva that I want to cancell this
policy. As per their record dated 17 Apr 2008 17 April 2008 where they
mentioned,
-Customer informed that policy was miss-sold to him by stating he will
not have to pay anything after 3 policy years and policy would
continue. And he wants the FULL Refund after cancellation of the
policy- you want any other proof. They send me letter on investivation

money, AUTHRISED FRAUDLENTLY BY THE BANK ON THEIR ECS which they
should not be producing at all. I instructed the bank to make a CHARGE

My case of a dispute wherein bank authrised the transaction to the
merchant(Aviva Life Insurance)despite my request to stop the
transaction on 29/30 May 2008. Merchant produced the bill despite my
written request made to them more than a month before the due date.
After waiting for more than a year I stop ur payments and bank has
started freezing my accounts and SNATCHING the money from it.I never
denied to pay the balance payment at any stage till now but I need the
resolution wherein I WAITED FOR MORE THAN A YEAR despite providing all
the supporting documents to the officials. Later to recover this
amount bank has freezed my saving account[protected] and later on to
make the things worst freezed my trading a/c[protected]. To keep the
relationship I gave HARD Copies of all the docs again to Mr. TARUN
VIJAYEE and since that YOUR CONCERNED PERSON is not picking the phone
after 1-2 talks. How fair is this harrasment? And if that is fair can
I block payments for the other credit card I have? In directly you are
forcing me to do that and TRUST ME I can do that the same way I did
earlier. I give proper intimation to the bank and then take step
unlike yourself where LIKE THEIVES YOU FIRST FREEZE the accounts and
then inform the client. Pls make a clear difference in the cases which
are pending (at your end) due to a dispute and the case where customer
is making a FRAUD. I need the reversal of that un-authorised
transaction at the earliest so that balance can be paid..

Dear Syed,

After that letter was given they have sent me a letter to confirm the
same which is also sent by me.
I gave you the details of their records also.
So, in short copy of both the documents (my letter and their letter)
is given to you.
As transaction went thru they have taken the money. Despite CORE
asking them to refund. But they ignored it as money is in their
possession. Merchant is not in a mood to reverse this transaction and
I have no other option but to force you to recover this money at any
cost!!!!
Anyways, thanks for your understanding and concern.

Hi,
I dont know why again you are going away from the topic. I have just 2
simple things to which I need a satisfactory answer.
1. I just want my second year to be refunded as I have no intentions
to go ahead with the same. Previuosly why I didn't looked during the
cooling of period that is something which we are not discussing at
present.
2. Tell me if you take back the policy of all the people coming with
complaints!!!!!My documents were taken by telling me you are
surendering this policy as this is a dispute case. So where is the
confusion?

I want complete Rs. 26.250 refunded in another 7 days time as we have
already wasted so much of time.

Mr. Yadav: Need your legal advice alongwith support to publish the same in
the media, so that people will not fall in these kinds of traps later on.

Dear Mr. Bindra,

This is further to your email regarding your policy bearing number
WLG1559954 ("Policy") with us.

We would like to inform you that we have already replied to you vide our
e-mail dated July 10,2008.

Further, we would like to reiterate that we have taken due cognizance of
your feedback but would like to inform you that no application is
processed until and unless we receive a filled up proposal form from our
customer which clearly mentions the terms of the policy and has the
customer's signature on it which further validates customer's acceptance
to the information mentioned in the proposal form.

Please note that the proposal form bearing number NUP10812356 was duly
signed by you and only after a detailed analysis and review of your
proposal it was converted into an insurance Policy for a sum assured of
Rs. 20,00,000/-

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that each proposal form is
analyzed and underwritten and once the policy is commenced we send a
detailed policy documents which contains the copy of the proposal form
which you had signed and also contains the Terms and Conditions

Thus, we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that

Further, even after availing the policy, the customer is provided with
a "right to reconsider" option ('Free look Period'), wherein the
customer if dissatisfied with the policy terms and conditions or the

the
Company and request for cancellation of the Policy within 15 days of receipt of
the Policy. In case of cancellation of the Policy under Freelook

applicable charges) is refunded back to the policyholder.

However, we did not receive your request for cancellation of the Policy
within the Freelook period.

Also, we would like to draw your attention to your letter which we
received on April 11,2008, wherein there was no mention of making a
stop payment on the renewal premium payment.

Further, we would like to draw you attention to the fact that the

In the light of the above stated facts,we would like to inform you

Further,we would like to inform you that due to a technical error an
indexed amount of Rs. 26,250/- was collected for the period May
15,2008 to May 15,2009.

We apologize for the inconvenience faced by you due to this transaction.

Also, we would like to inform you that we are making arrangement to

Re: Final reminder

Dear Ms. Divya,

Thanks for the call made by yourself on 09 Jul 2008, but again I would
like to put that in words that the case is still pending at your
ending after 48 Hrs are gone !!!
I would like to tell you that for every complaint you guys don't keep
the original policy documents of the insured and since you have taken
them from me this is very much self expalanatory that it has been
surendered by me.
So I need my complete premium paid for Rs. 26,250.
I need my money to be refunded without any further delay alongwith a
suitable compensation for the delaycaused at your end for Rs. 25,0000
(total Rs. 51,250) for the mental harassment, un-authorised usage of
my credit card and mis-guidance.

Yours Sincerely,

Ankush Bindra
