[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici credit card

Hi,



This is with reference to my icici credit card their was some dispute with my this card number as you have charge extra amount on my credit card and due to that I have not paid the amount, as I was ready to pay the amount and do the settlement with credit card division but bank was not ready to do it. Your executive came and told that if I deposit Rs 4500 and they will do settlement after that and give us the letter but after taking the amount of Rs 4500 he has not come and never give me the letter of settlement .



I am having my saving account number[protected] with ICICI bank which is having around 18,000 Rs and when today I called bank I came to know that credit card Dept has blocked my account and is taking out and deducting the amount as its my salary account without my permission .Request you to kindly call me and make the settlement you are not authorized to deduct the amount from my salary account without my permission if you do so I will go to consumer court and log the complaint against ICICI Bank.



I am ready to pay the amount and I will pay it myself you are requested to call me and do the settlement for my card after deducting all the excess charges and waiving off, tell me the exact amount I have to make the payment for credit card.

I have applied for ICICI Credit card on 18/06/2014. After email verification it was said that respective icici representative will contact me in 1 day time. Even after I send sms on given number, I received call after 8 days. Finally on 28/06/2014 I received a mail that "documents submitted by you and additional criteria as applicable, your application [protected] cannot be processed any further."
If I haven't submitted any document then how can I received such a email. If other credit card companies giving me card then I dont think so there should be any problem with icici also.
Please kindly look into that.

I have a salary account on ICICI bank and i have applied for credit card. They have rejected my application. Can i know what is the reason to reject my application. it would be gud if you inform us while rejecting applications.I dont know what is the use of icici customer care. They are unable to take calls

also completed but till date I didn't receive any update of the card.
