[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Money not credited to my Account

I am a retired UP Govt employee, Nowadays I am going around in different offices of ICICI bank for a unintentional mistake (unaware of the modern process), I deposited the cash in ICICI Bank ATM Kaushambhi near Waves Cinema on 27-Dec-07 at around 4:10 PM, I was not aware of the processes I dropped the envelope containing Rs. 10, 000/- (10 Notes of 1000 each) into the check drop box of the ICICI Bank ATM Kaushambhi near Waves Cinema at arounf 4:10 PM. I waited for 15 days when my money doesn't come to my account I called up the customer care of ICICI BANK, The representative on the phone informed me that the money will get credited into my account in lieu of It I have to give 150 as fee as I have deposited the money in ATM drop box instead of ATM machine ICICI Bank Kaushambhi GZB UP (near Waves Cinema). but when I call after few days the customer care representative told me that they didn't find any packet as such, Inspite of my repeated visits to the branch also they didn't give any satisfactory answer, I came to know from one of the bank employee that this is common mistake that people do in the first time but money will reach to their account with some nominal fee, Please look into the matter
