[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — non-receipt of cheque book

i have a savings account with your bank and its no. is[protected].on 6th may i dropped a requisition slip for a cheque book at an atm, sector 18, noida, but i have not received it so far.the address given in the slip is- A-39, 2nd Floor, Sector-30, Noida, UP-201301.
Kidly send the same at the given address at the earliest so as to avoid any further inconvenience.my mobile no. is [protected].

i HAVE DROPPED A REQUISITION FOR CHEQUE BOOK ON 03/12/2008 AT PUNE-SATARA-ROAD BRANCH. YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAME

I have dropped my Requisition for cheque book at Chennai, Nungambakkam Branch a month before mentioned that to courier the following address

but I regret to inform you that till to date I have not yet recieved the same. Hence you are requested to dispatch one Cheque book to me for the above mentioned address at the earliest.

I submit my cheque book request at Najafgarh branch before 3 months.

Buti still not reeived mycheque book and not even any call form bank regarding the same.

i received very bad service form ICICI bank.

I have been informed by the bank through email that my cheque book was resent at my address. However, I personally visited Maratha Mandir Branch and told them that no body will be at house and I may be issued the same personally showing ID proof. Instead, they gave me numer 28307777. I followed all instructions, however, no such question was there where i should explain my difficulty and ultimately I should receive the cheque book personally by showing ID proof. They again directed me to diel the same number and follw the instructions. How shame it is. The service is very very poor. They seems to be beleive more on technology and not the person with all ID proof. Can Y help out. (A.B.Salve-[protected])
