[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

Credit Card — Credit card final settlement made but the saving account blocked

Sir,

Reference my credir card beaing no.[protected] final settlement letter dated 16.10.2008 by for Rs.11800/- issued two cheque bearing no.865952 and 865953 each for Rs.5900.00 must be cleared, but my saving bank account no.[protected] you have show total outstanding amount of my card in this saving account .
so I would not activate the same account
Please remove the lien mark amount of the above mention card and informe to me as earlist possible

ICICI Bank Gold Cedit Card No - 4477473634321009 — Refusal to renew card & change of address

I am holding the above card for last 5 years, i am a defence officers, being a defence officer we are assigned very unusal jobs like UN mission assignments urgently, at present i am in one such assignment in a terrorist infested area of Afghanistan.My family resides at new delhi.Except internet there is no other services here.Being a v ery remote area i am using the card services for Air ticket booking & charging of telephone connection
My above credit card is expiring on 12/08 in spite of repeated request to renew the card & send it to my DElhi address not yeilded any result for last 6 months.
this is the price one has to pay for a Being a good customer for last 5 years.
I request all defence officers to Boycut any ICICI bank products

Hi All,
I have risen for settlement of my credit cards on Oct-9 the request no(SR82201006 and SR[protected] but I haven’t found any response neither from customer care people nor from collection department, then I have raised for [protected]@icicibank.com on Oct 21, I have received a call from collections and requested for three working days to resolve but there after no response, Again I have received call on Oct 31 from collections and requested for three working days to resolve but there after no response, at last I have received mail on Nov 10 from customer care contact the person stating
“Dear Mr. Peri,

This is with reference to your e-mail to Mr. Harshil Mehta with regard to settlement of your credit card account.

We inform you that our collection manager Mr Krishna Kumar will establish a contact with you from his mobile no [protected] and he will offer you a settlement for the outstanding of credit card.

If you wish clarify any doubt you may also contact Mr Krishna Kumar on his mobile for more details on the settlement on the credit card account.

When I call the above number you can find a Tamil song running as his dialer toner but he never responded to my calls, I have called the person on NOV 20 (3 times), NOV 22 (many times) but no one has lifted the call. My grandmother passed away on Nov23 and I haven’t tried that number here after.

Peoples I want to be a good customer for ICICI so only I requested to help me for settlement of my credit card but you people played games with me and stolen my money (12923.35, 8836.56, 25, 500) without my notice and my account[protected] and balance is NIL as of today.

I have explained my situation in all my mails which I have marked to ICICI,

I have faced lot of financial crises for last twelve months; recently I lost my grandparents.

I am the only source to my family as my father passed away and salary is 12, 000 and I don’t have any financial sources, I have a running personnel loan in ICICI and EMI is 2581.

Still now I have waited patiently for your responses but I lost all my hopes on ICICI, now I will exactly look for 48 hours if I am not getting perfect responses I will be not responsible for the action which ever I going to take against ICICI.

ICICI Bank Habsiguda — Worst ATM service and product

Hi.

I have done 2 transactions today from ICICI ATM. First at 11:04AM I did a transaction of 3000INR. It said network failure. No message no paper print came. Then after few seconds at 11:05AM again I tried and successfully got 3000INR. But, I found that I am charged 6000INR. Means 3000INR also got deducted from my account which I didn't get. Just dont know now who is the owner of that 3000INR.

This ICICI bank seems stupid. I am really loosing trust from it. I wish and hope that they may will take serious action or may will consider this case.

This is regard to the bill I have received. In this bill wrong charges indicated of Interest of rs. 579.44 & and late fees of rs.400.I am unaware what is this Interest related & why you charge late fee. I have always paid full due amount of Credit card. Your statement sending system is not ok many time statement recd.at my front late or recd.after passed the due date of payment & due to this reason you have recd. late payment .Non receipt of bill promptly why can I suffer the cost of late payment & Interest. So I will not pay unnecessary wrong charges of Interest & late payment.

You can check the payment history till date, I am never late in payments nor there are any disputes. I was housing loan member of your bank you can check this a/c also, just last month repayment of my housing loan was completed .I am also the Car loan holder of your bank & repayment is regular. After this situation your people are not caring regular payment holder so be check & revert with positive response other wise I will think to surrender this Credit Card.

ICICI Credit Card Vs ICICI Lombard — Lamboard Misleading customers and selling their products

This is Jaya Sankar.I Have ICICI Credit Card one day i got a call from ICCI Lamboard Madivala Branch Bangalore.They told me that i will get extra credit card once i take ICICI Lamboard Health Insurance.Once i take the insurance i will get the extra credit card with in two weeks, but no such card recevied so far already one year over.

From the second month of getting the Lamboard insurance i was complainig about this to both credit card department and the lambord department still no action has been taken till now they detected an amount of Rs.12000.Kindly help me on how to sue both the ICICI Credit Card and the Lamboard Insurance Department.

i ve purchased refrigrator from next (luxmi nagar) and made payment within 5-6 days. the amount was 10, 440/-.i made this amount in cash. when i receive the statement i have to pay rs.113/-as a service levice. i also made it in cash. again i have received a statement then i have to pay rs.112/-as service levice.
sir ji pl. stop my services a soon as possible.i am the right person coz i am paying all amount. think about those people who are dishonest and not paying a single panney to bank.

I have a saving a/c bearing No.[protected] with kandivili branch, mumbai-67. The bank has returned my cheque no.972515 for rs. 32980/- deposited on 08-12-08 on a/c of "not arrange for this clg". The cheque was issued by Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi as salary for nov'08. The bank observes such careless attitudes and service that without verifying the veracity of the issuer, has bothered to return the cheque and also levy return charges for the same. On personal enquiry, the bank operation manager admitted the lapse and told to present again the cheque. Is this how an esteem bank works and that too of a govt cheque. much hardship have been caused due to late receipt of salary on a/c of the poor service of the bank.

ICICI Bank — ICICI Killing Machine for Home Loan Customers

The ICICI is never going to reduce the loan rates for existing customers. They are the biggest cheat in the country. KV Kamath, the ICICI head and CII president is the number one crook...he speaks in the public that banker should reduce the interest rates, but his bank never reduce rates. There cheap strategy is to give loan at low rates to new cutomers and increase thereafter immediately after some months. They are openly cheating the customers of India. This is really pathetic that both RBI and Govt does not take action against there crook activities. The best think is all the customer of ICICI should protest aginst the bank in the front of RBI building, this will force the RBI to hear the ICICI customer problem and media will also get active. All the ICICI Home Loan Customers should transfer there loans to public sector banks. I know the ICICI create problems if someone tries to transfer there loans to other banks.

Everytime ICICI management says, we are watching the liquidity situation and will review the rates later on and then they never reduce the rates. This is just to divert the attention of the customers and the media. Irony, is that the KV Kamath says different thing and Chanda Kochar says opposite of that. This is because KV Kamath is the head of CII, he always says good thing but never delivers that. Funny part is he is saying banks should reduce rates, but his ICICI is not reducing the rates. I dont understand, why the cost of funds are not coming down for these private banks despite huge Repo Rate and CRR cuts by the RBI. They are just fooling everyone and earning huge interest income by not reducing the interest rates.
