[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

ICICI Bank Two Wheeler — bank executives are scolding in bad word & behaving as a dawn

sir my name is anand (trichy,tamilnadu).i had avail two
wheler loan.due to variable reason i cant pay for past two mont.i said i will be paying the both the dues tomorrow(my salary date)with penalty also...
but the executive is not accepting my words and scold me in bad word in the road itself.

c wheather icici is a bank are a local fiance........
wheather is a concern are a dawn group..........
wheather u r recruiting educated pepole are .............(no words)

My ICICI Bank Credit Crad Statment id send every months through the Express IT Courier. From Last four months it is not deliverd to me and every time I receive a SMS form the courier office to contact the Kalyan Branch. But the Phone no SMS to Me is Swichted off from Last Four Months.

This time also I have recedived SMS today i.e. on 2-2-2008 Stating the We tried to deliver your consignment today vide AWB no [protected]. Kindly contact Express IT immediately on Phone no[protected]. This time also teh same tape is going on that the phone is switched off.

This is a very Funny thing that from last four months every month they are not getting me.

ICICI Bank — Incorrect Debit to my Saving Account

Facts of the case:
I take taken a credit card number [protected] with the ICICI Bank
Total outstanding was settled for Rs.20000/- with ICICI executives.
Confirmation for the same was received from ICICI bank
As per the terms of settlement amount was paid to ICICI bank.
No information was sent by the bank after the settlement.
7 month latter bank debit my account with Rs 31,400/-
I called the customer care on 18/01/08 reference number is51860902. Customer care has assured that I will receive reply with 7 working days. They also provide the some phone numbers with are always busy or no body was responding.
On 23/01/08 called again ICICI bank for knowing the status of my query. The person told me that they cannot resolve the case. We need to contact the phone number as given earlier. When we told the status of phone number then they had given the email address.
Email send on 24/01/08 starting the fact
After follow up First reply received on 04/02/08 saying there was no settlement made this card
Email send along with the acceptance letter of ICICI bank and payment receipts as per the bank letter.
Response received that it was offer made by the bank but we have not accepted the offer. Also advice to make the balance payment.

Replied to refer the “letter” sent by ICICI Bank, as per letter, “refer to you discussion with representative of the bank”. “We confirm the acceptance of”.


Consequences:
Due to incorrect debit to my account all checks issued for payments were bounced and I was mentally harassed by the collection executives of the Bank for which checks were bounced all its happened due to ICICI Bank illegal withdrawal money from my saving account.
This is to inform you that, I have issued a Cheque No. 043791 dated 4th January 2008 for Rs. 4,921.43 in favour of ICICI Bank Credit Card No. [protected] towards my credit card payment of Rs. 4,921.43 and deposited the same on your drop box on same day.
On going through the SB Account statement online, I observed that you have debited an amount of Rs. 492.43 instead of the actual amount of Rs.4,921.43 from my above said SB Account. In this connection, I went to the D N Road Branch, where I have opened my SB Account and informed about the same. The officer on duty has then sent an email to the concerned department about the said discrepancy and asked me to confirm the same after two/three days. Again I went to the D N Road Branch and asked the officer about the same. The Officer then informed me that, the Bank has made a mistake in debiting an amount of Rs. 492.43 against Rs. 4921.43 towards my ICICI Credit Card No. [protected].
The Officer, then directly debited the balance amount of Rs. 4,429, which is outstanding in my Credit Card from my above said S B Account on 15th January, 2008 and assured me that, there will be no problem.
Recently, I have received my credit card Statement for the month of January, 2008 and surprisingly I observed that, there is no credit of Rs. 4,429 which is made directly by the Bank on 15th January, 2008 and the Bank has levied interest and other charges from Credit Card Account of Rs. 281.10
Immediately, I have called up your customer care services on 31st January, 2008 and informed about the same. They informed me that the Credit Card Department have not received such credit of Rs. 4,429 and asked me to check up with the Branch, where you have made the payment. Again I went to the Branch and narrated story again and they assured me that, the online payment of Rs. 4,429 has already credited to my Credit Card No. [protected], but the said transaction has not yet been reflected in my above said credit card with your Branch.

In view of the above, I request you to kindly rectify the above said mistake immediately and inform the credit card department for not levying the interest and other charges levied in my credit card statement due to non-payment of the outstanding balance.

I am Mallikarjuna.HM, I applied for one credit card, they have given three crdit card with out any request, They promised no annual fees and other fees, now twice i used this credit card , per tranction they are charging 300 extra amount, earlier I did not know this, I drawn 2000 Rs for that they charged 675 rs extra, 2000+675=2675 rs, so now I came to know cheating of ICICI bank, Then I went to ICICI branch, Malleswaram(Bangalore) for cancellation of credit card, I asked for cancellation to Manager, he did not give any information, and I called customer care center, even they are also not giving any information, I already paid balance amount, now there is no balance, please help me to cancel the credit cards. and whom should I contect for cancellation of credit cards.

ICICI Bank — CREDIT CARD NO.4477466519858004

I was holding Credit Card No. [protected] of ICICI Bank from 2003 onwards. Unfortunately, the Bank has alleged to have delivered a add on card No.[protected] to me and subsequently an alleged receipt of the card, it was used for continuously for three days, 12, 13,14 April 2007 for a sum of Rs.7854/-, Rs.9894 and Rs.7932 respectively. I came to know that the alleged card issued in my name and was alleged to have been used for Rs.25679 for continuously for three days. I requested the Bank and asked to block the card forthwith and confirmed them the non-receipt of the add on card No.[protected]. Though they have blocked the card, yet they have sent a statement of Credit Card No. [protected] wherein the alleged usage of Rs.26079.82 by the Add on Card

My request is that I have not received and used the card. The bank forcibly recovered the above amount from my S.B. Account No..[protected]. Due to the above forcible recovery frfom my above S.B. Account I am not keeping the minimum balance required in the account. Also I am not able to pay the charges towards my D.Matg account with ICICI Bank, which was to be deducted from my S.B. Account.

My grievance is that I have lost Rs.12,000/ - approx. from my S.B. account. I am not able to opertate my D.Mat account due to subsequent action by the Bank.

I request that my complaint may be considered sympathetically.

ICICI Bank Amx Credit Card & Irctc — Non-Refund of Transaction Amount against non reservation of E-Tickets

On 29 oct 2007, in the process of reserving a e-ticket on IRCTC website, the amount for the Ticket was deducted from my credit card but the Ticket was not reserved. The executive of IRCTC confirmed me that the ticket was not reserved and the amount will be refunded to the credit card. But till date the amount was not refunded to me. A email stating the transaction Id for the refund of the amount was received from IRCTC in the month of dec. I also raise a dispute in ICICI AMX card division on 10 Dec 2007, but they are not giving any status regarding the resolution of the dispute.

Please do the needful.

ICICI Bank — Delay in getting ATM card

I have opened a student account inBangalore on 10 th December. I was informed that I would be receiving the ATM card and check book by post. I received only the pin number of the card . I am unable to operate my account. kindly help me in the matter.

ICICI Bank Ltd. - Home Loan — Not issuing home loan after harressment and expenditure of Rs. 20000 from us

sir,
I wanted to draw your kind attention towards the issue due to which we suffered a lot of harrassement and also spend the money.
As per our application no.[protected] they sanctioned my loan of Rs. 15, 00, 000 on 31st October 2006. I handed over all the documents related to that on september, 2007 along with other formalities. They also approved the same. they also taken Pst dated cheques for that. In this process they also lost all the documents once due to their negligency which costed me Rs. 5000 to get another copy of that. they also taken the loan processing charge from me. During this process they called me atleast 20 times and i spent 1-2 hour each time, which costed alot in my job. I also spend other expenses for this process.
On 20th December, 2007 that i will get loan disbursement on 26th december, 2007. On 31st December, 2007 Suddenly that your loan can't be given due to some technical issue. Initially when they have checked, they had cleared all of our technical issues.
So, Please take a suitable action on them so that we get compensted for our loss.

Since 3 days I am into major trouble as Rs.25,000 has been blocked in my HDFC salary a/c due to non-payement of my HDFC Credit card bills.Its been 4 -5 months i stopped using the Credit card and a month back have blocked it by making a call to call center.Actually the issue i faced with the card was last year in the month of May.I raised a request to the customer care for change of address so that the Credit card statement can be recieved but after it i didnt recive one month statement and from there the whole issue started due to some extra charges reflecting on my credit card statement.One thing i would really like to tell everybody is that the HDFC call center cheats people.They are not able to speak and doesnt have any sort of knowledge about the financial products and bank.Eventhough the issue was not sorted out we were keep on paying the minimum amount till last Dec after which we stopped and asked the bank for final settlement as the due amount was keep on increasing month on month even after the minimum payement.Now i am into trouble because the amount i spent was Rs.10,000 and they have blocked Rs.25,000.I called the call centre,but the response was very rude,the CSR was only shouting and saying that the amount will not be released.you have to give us a debit note to take that amount as a payment for the Credit card.Due to a request of one Credit card division Manager i made a payment of Rs.5416 2 days back,as the Manager assured me that once i do the payment the blocked amont will be released in the next 24 hours but its been 3 days nothing has happened so far and the manager is now stating that its not in his hand,The superiors from bangalore has blocked the card,i am still waiting for there response.

Now i dont know what to do...Bank runs on trust but this is what the case i really want to go for a legal action on them..Please suggest me what to do so that i can sort out this issue as i am really in need of money.

ICICI Bank — deactivation of account

ICICI bank lost account holders details in last year mumbai floods and requested all the customers to submit the details again. Inspite of submitting the records twice also they have deactivated by online account along with demat and trading accounts which attefcted my business to a high level. I am willing to file a suit (a complaint) against them. will i be able to do that?
