[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

Yes i have also faced same problem.I was deducted with Rs 843 for not maintaining minimum balance i.e Rs 10, 000.But i was told that I have to maintain minimum quarterly balance of Rs 5000. So i complained in CC and threatened to close account if they don't repay.They did payed back .

Dear Satyam,

Please Make a call to customer care at [protected], Please speak to the customer care executive, raise an SR over there with all the details. You will get an SR number and please follow for the same. They will ask for few days time to get the details from the SBI. and they will update you as to whether the amount was dispnsed or not. If it was not dispensed then ICICI will help you out to get bck that money.

ICICI Bank — LEAM ON MY SALARY ACCOUNT

Illegally putting a lean on my ICICI Salary savings account because of discrepancy on my Credit Card.
Credit card had many discrepancies, so i asked for Explanantion.

But these Cheating ICICI Fellow, Blocked amount of 1, 72, 000/-Rs from my Account.Now all my cheques are bouncing.I am helpless.

Please let me know what i have to do in this situation.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Taking Late fees & other charges of payments while I am paying interest of full amount

I am an ICICI Bank Credit card holder and regular customer. I drop a cheque (No.400541) on my payment due date 26-05-09 of minimum payments Rs.2110.00 at Gondal branch of ICICI Bank(Dist.Rajkot, Gujrat) after that the payment is not reflected in my account. I had words with a bank officer at Gondal Branch he told me by their mistake they are sent the cheque to mumbai city after that from mumbai they sent it to Rajkot(Gujrat) for clearing.Now they are charging late fees and also charging interests(I agree to pay interest but not late fess) Cheque was taken by ICICI banker and i have stamped on it, at that time bank officer didn't intimate about this is out station cheque so you have to pay Rs.100+service tax extra now they also charging me for outstation cheque charges( I am not agree to pay this).I asked to customer care of ICICI Bank on10th june 2009 2:29 PM to Mr.K.Dinesh They refuse to give me any reversal.Please help me because i think this is not to give service this is a Loot of customers...

This is to bring to your notice that I have a serious problem with your credit card division. When ever I try to do an transaction using your CC, aim getting an error "Authentication failed" though the information are correct to my knowledge. Now on 17th June 09 I called up to one of your services rep and she is not fit for customer services dept. when I was explaining my problem she showed no interest on resolving it rather she was asking me to go to the outlet. I hereby understand that she can't do anything for technical difficulty, but she placed me on hold when I asked for immediate supervisor, she placed me on holed least 15 min and hung up the call. Now this mail has to be escalated to the highest official in you dept and get my problem fixed and also I request you to kindly look into your customer services dept since they have no customer handling skills. I request you to kindly contact me for further details on this issue, expecting your call ASAP.

ICICI Bank — A fraud Bank - With all UNETHICAL work. No one interested in listening Complaints.

I have taken loan from ICICI Bank 2.5 years back and I didn't receive any welcome letter from the bank. even until now. I wrote a mail to Reserve Bank of India and got the letter from their.
After getting those welcome letters from RBI, I came to know that what ever interest rate and other things those were committed to me were not fulfilled by the Bank.
The bank representative makes false commitments, and bank is not taking any responsibility for it.
The representative (Mr. Jai - Contact No: +[protected] left the bank and the bank personals says that ‘tracing him is not their responsibility’.
After making written complaints many times and having many meetings with all the senior officials (Mr. Sambhav Sharma, Mr. Tony James, Mr. Sharad, Ms. Megha and even the branch manager) of the bank at local branch, I got this answer “we are not responsible for it and nobody at ICICI can solve your problem, even Mr. Kamat and Ms. Kochar will not be able to do anything for you”.
I just want to know, where a customer should go for all this. Is anyone in ICICI ready to listen and solve?
Is ICICI there to cheat customer?
I’m paying almost 1.5 times more then what was committed to me?
I lost trust in Indian Private banking System specially ICICI.
I request RBI or any authority to please take actions against these UNETHICAL works.

ICICI Bank — High floating rate for Home Loans

Respected Sir,

I and my wife together took a joint home loan from ICICI bank in January 2007. We were offered a floating rate of 9.25%, as my wife was working with a reputed software firm (Tata Consultancy Services), this 9.25% was supposed to be a special rate for its employees.

ICICI has been increasing rates with every increase either in repo rate, reverse repo or CRR. But when these rates starting coming down, ICICI has remained just a mere spectator with disproportionate reduction in interest rate. Being a floating rate taker, we feel cheated as we took the hit of rate increases and are being deprived the benefit of rate reduction.

When I inquired with ICICI asking why they are offering lower rates to new loan takers and higher rates to existing loan holders, they said I could shift to those lower rates after paying 1.75% of outstanding loan amount as shifting charges.

Please ref to your letter for non payment of due of my home loan EMI. Kindly note that the EMI due for

December 2008 was collected by cash along with late payment fee by your authorized

representative on 20th December 2008 as per copy enclosed. However cash collected by ICICI bank

was not shown credit in my current account with you as yet. Over and above there was a debit of

Rs.25925/- on 26th Decmeber and Rs.11, 464.00 on 18th June in my account towards EMI for the same

period. when enquired about the same with ICICI it did not give any response and there was no

regret from the bank for debiting my account twice even after showing all evidence personally.

I am frustrated with inferior quality of services rendered to customer by ICICI.





The amount collected in excess does not credited along with the intrest to my account within three

working days I shall forced to file a case with Regional Consumer Forum against ICICI.



I would also request to not to debit home loan EMI through ECS facilites as I am ready to give Post

dated cheques in favour of ICICI home loan for future EMI installments.
