[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Dear Sir,
I was a icici bank credit card holder, my credit card no.[protected]. I had paid my all dues on 21/06/07, That time i was recieved final settlement letter from the credit card devision. But till date i had regularly recieved e-mails & phone call from icici bank .i m now mentoly torchard by this bank, i went to the icici credit card devision main office too many times & every time employees told me to take immediate action against my complain but there is no response till date. i had give photocopy of settlement letter of icici bank too many times to bank's exicutives.
So kindly take immediate action against my complain.

I am Full time working in ICICI Prudential as Advisor( Advisor Code.:[protected] for last 5 years I Am MDRT qualifier consistently for last 3 years .

On 10 July 09 my Bank Accounrt has been dedected Rs23510 without my consent and without my fault againt the credit card No.[protected] . EMI schedule has been linked to my bank account and Remaining Balance of Rs 16, 076 was there as on 21 March 09 statement, after a emi Bounce They Have deduted Rs 5605 as on 18 June 2009 and 23510 on 10 July 09.ICICI bank has deducted Total of Rs[protected]+5605) againt the remaining amount of Rs 16, 076

This is sheer Cheating on the bank part as this amount has been deducted when I am paying it properly and judiously

This is affecting my work also.

You are requested to get the whole amount of Rs 29115 returned at earliest

or my concious will not allow to work further with the company which is cheating me also when i am so devoted for it.

Kindly get this returned at earliest

i have opened saving a/c in icici bank with branch bhubaneswar, , , , , always money around RS.827 is deducted from my account without reason although i maintain a minimium balance, , , , may be this my 6th time i loose money again...but why?

Customer Name in CIBIL Defaulter List.
I dont have any loans except with ICICI personal loan, that I am paying regularly (The instalment amount is deducting automatically from my account on every 5th day of month, ) and I don't have any further loans in any bank.

I have shocked to hear from the Banks ( ICICI Bank) that my application for credit facility has been rejected on recomendation of Credit Information Buereau (india) Limited.and my names are listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL.

I have paid and settled all our dues till date and have the settlement letters from the concerned financial Institutions & Bank on their letter head that the full & final settlement has been done and there are no dues pending from my end.

I do not know which Financial Institution has reported myr name in the defaulter list.

This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.

I have never received any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct?

We seek justice to get our names removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect.We are ready to give all the proof and settlement letters issued by the concerned Financial Institutions provioded we are given the details of the same.

Please help us.

ICICI Bank — over charge on car od loan

Dear Sir,

I sent written complaint on 6th March 2009, regarding my ICICI bank car OD loan against complaint no = 16408. Sir, i want to close this matter, every day I am receving calls from ICICI bank recovry center at least thrice in a day and on hight one day they send their recovry personal at my residence also to get the amount, being a citizen of india it is my request you to look into this matter, I want to close my account ASAP. waiting for your favourable action and settelment.

Thanks for your prompt reply, but case cannot be closed from one side as it has to be from both the side, you have just completed the formalities but facts so far not shown or sent to undersigned, i.e. on what basis you are closing my account on Rs approx 87, 000.00 where as earlier i have informed you, that with out submitted statement and on behalf of wrong SMS who come bank can claim in trust part on Principal amount??? i want to see the detail that how come you reached on Rs 87000, were as it should not be more then 55 to 60, 0000 Rs?? if you are not able to provide me the details with in week time, then from my end, I am going to submit Rs.50.000 in consumer court as full and final payment against my case which can be claim by your bank from consumer court. please confirm me with your acceptance, as this is my last and final mail to your bank and on next MONDAY (18th May) i will deposit the money in consumer court as i have given you week time.

Even I have accumulated more than 1000 rewards points and I want to know how to redeem it.

I HAVE BROUGHT A MOBILE PHONE THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD NO-[protected] OF ICICI BANK ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO. I REPAID IT BY TWO CHEQUES OF 4000/- AND 3910/- TOTAL A SUM OF 7910/- IT IS TOTAL PRICE OF THAT MOBILE PHONE.
MY SBI A/C STATEMENT SAYS THAT IT IS DEBITED ON BANK'S END AND IT IS CONFIRMED BY A MESSEGE FROM ICICI BANK ON MY MOBILE NO-[protected]. BUT AFTER THAT EVERY STATEMENT ISSUED BY BANK WHICH FOUND TO ME RELATED TO MY CREDIT CARD INCLUDES DUES OF SOME RS. WHEN I MET A PERSON NAMED R N PAUL IN RANCHI ICICI CREDIT CARD BRANCH HE SAID THAT IT IS INFORMED TO HEAD OFFICE AND IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SOLVED. BUT IT ALL IN VAIN NIETHER PROBLEM IS SORT OUT NOR STATEMENT OF DUES IS STOPPED TO REACH ME.
SOME TIME LATER I GOT MY STATEMENT OF MY SAVING A/C NO.[protected] WHICH REVEALS THAT ICICI BANK HAS BEEN DEDUCTED THE SO CALLED DUES OF RS.5568.03 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
THENAFTER I COMPLAINT IT TO CUSTOMER CARE OF ICICI BANK ONLINE, IN THAT CONNECTION I WAS FOUND THIS MAIL FROM THE BANK...

ICICI Vbp — Cancellation of ICICI VBP

I have noticed that ICICI VBP is charging my credit card for the bill pay services.I was told when I started this service that it is a FREE service, then how come ICICI start charging for the service without informing the customer?? This is a case of cheating with the customer and can be brought to the notice of Consumer Forum.Audience please agree or agree.

Ref : discrepancy in Account statement

Dear Sir,
With reference to above I am the credit card holder (Card # [protected]) of your bank since last 5 years and I was paying my amount on time.
Till Oct 2008 I was getting statement correctly Amount Due was Rs.18430/ and I paid Rest. 5430/. Even I was making payments what ever your Bank asked.
But in the month of Nov 2008 I recd one statement with load Rs. 15000/+ Rs.1250/ with ICICI Lomborad, that I had never accepted and after that I made so many calls to call centre and no response, when ever your person comes for collocations that time also I indicated the same and I get assurance that this will rectify in next transaction but till date I am gating statement with this additional charges and cumulative interest.
Please help me to get resolve this issue immediately so I can finish my over due.
Note as discussed with you I am issuing an chq in favor of ICICI Bank of Rs. 3000/- CHQ # 845223 dtd: 24-07-09 Bank of Rajasthan Ltd.
Same has to be deducted in my next final statement.
