[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

ICICI Credit Card, HSBC Cc, HDFC P / L — settlement ,odues shown on bogus adon card transactions etc

icici credit card no.[protected] was issued to me and in 2005 purchases transactions in the statements start showing purchases made by some laita sharma card no.[protected]. insead of settling the dispute made on this account as how lalita shama .;.nobody known to us could get the adon card and make so many transactins., the bank continues to show the ods vd interest on my account since 2005 and has reported the same to the cibil even vdout bothrng to nform me. how is this justifid by the cibil to take nto account only the unilateral view? is it a fair action the banks and the cibil have resorted to. why cant the banks sue pple like me n the court so that judiciary can decide as per law of land. in nother credit card issued by the hsbc the amount settled and paid to the bank but the bank has faild to update the same nd nformed the cibil of the odues. similar is the case of the p/l takn from hdfc in 2004 annd settled in 2005. it is strange under vch provision of the constitution of india can ny unilateral decision be taken by nany institution in the country .vther rbi,or the cibil or the concernd banks to jeopardise the financial strength of any individual. these methods being dployd by the banks are unilateral and unjustified. the consumers must vociferouslly oppose the dplorable pracices bein followed by the financial institutions.

I am card holder of ICICI bank bearing no [protected]. I had purchased camera from Jumbo electronics on[protected]. balance amount is already paid before two months still in your bill statement it is reappearing as outstanding. Kindly check at your side urgently and correct the bill urgently, otherwise i have to terminate your card as billing is not correct.

I have an Salary account in ICICI Bank Ltd and bank was deduct my Rs.23600/- w/o any notice.
They have deduct my money in behalf of My Credit Card Payment w/o any notice from my Salary account.

Please stop Opening and Operating Account in ICICI Bank because they are froud.

Despite all your claims of being a very professional and customer friendly bank, I find this rather absurd.Please do take my complaint very seriously, as I am highly offended and need feedback from your bank immediately.
On 30th November at 16.34 hours your customer executive from phone number[protected] named Niyati tried to offer me a scheme, I POLITELY--very politely indeed told her I was not interested, Not to forget I already have an account with your supposed esteemed bank. I told her I was not interested, and thanked her while I was about to about to disconnect the call, she said "Sir its your problem then".
Mr Saha, I am the assistant manager at ITC Hotels and id like you to know that I know all about customer service, and well versed with hospitality.I promise to withdraw my account by the name of Abhishek Bahadur and my family's (Anila Bahadur)unless im given a formal apology from the same customer executive Niyati.
I tried calling her back, but given the guilt of just abusing a customer, she chose to disconnect my calls, niether was your customer care of any help.
Unless this case is taken seriously, I shall promise further complaints and legal action on the same regard. Wish you luck for your executive training - Because i think its not benifitting the customer friendly image you once had, now your nothing but just the same as Punjab National Bank or maybe worse.

ICICI Bank — Medicare fraud

I am Devi. I have an ICICI credit card, but I am not using that card. That credit card customer peoples applied for Medicard and they them self allocate that card for me, i even cancelled that medicard. But I am not having that cancellation number. Now they detect Rs.4128.45 from my debit card account on 04/08/2009 and 6245 on 05/05/2009 without my knowledge. After transaction also they have not inform me. For any queries please call me at [protected]. Now they are asking me to pay more regarding this issue. I was completely dissatisfied about the response and the function. This is very much cheating way of the customers.

ICICI Bank — Internet Banking Fraud

On 2/12/2009 at 9:55pm Rs 16000.00 was transferred from my internet banking enabled Savings account at ICICI Bank Malad west Mumbai, without my knowledge or concent. I immediately called the call centre and the Bank Manager Ms. Shavie Khanna and informed them about the illegal transaction. The next day 3/12/2009 I went to the bank and registered a formal complaint with the bank and also filed a Consumer Dispute Form. The bank manager told me to file a police complaint, which I did promptly at the Malad west police station. Two Police officers accompanied me to the bank and sat with the bank manager for two hours trying to get some answers without any result.
What happens now, do I get my money back or does the bank have the right to refuse reembursement?
I understand that the amount is not large but what if the amount in question was a large amount?
There must be some law which helps account holders in such an eventuality. If such a law does not exist then God help us!

ICICI Bank — dont response to convert high interest loan to low interest one

me subhasish chatterjee , having home loan(floating rate of interest scheme) with icici bank. presenly ROI is12% p.a. i write to this bank at their complaint desk regarding loan conversion from high ROI to low ROI ,as most of the bank offering this conversion facility after certain period. my loan is 5 yrs old.

before that i also went at their kolkata office for loan conversion and that time i have been told i have to invest approx Rs20000 to get the conversion facility. at that time span i had some problem in investment. and i told them i will pay the conversion charge and maximum Rs10000/- as an investment and they told me conversion is not possible untill unless i invest Rs20000 or more in some of their equity based fund. I wanted to know the cause behind this and they bypass it and told me conversion facilty is associated with some investment only.

pls advice me what to do now.
I was having credit card No. [protected] in the credit card after some times I noticed that bank is debiting Rs. 600 per month which they do not have any reason of charge, I made a complaint in the bank they have stopped charging further but insisted to make the payment to them which I told that when these wrong debit why to pay you and finally they have asked for Rs.1890/- which was paid by me on 25th April`2008

Now I have applied for some loan but came to know that ICICI bank has given my name into CIBIL list without any reason for which I am not responsible

This is the harresment of the customer, please correct the same from the CIBIL and if further I phase any problem the entire responsibility will be on the bank

ICICI Bank — renewal of FDs

Dear sir,
I am lt col rameshwar gupta, i am holding an account in ICICI Bank, sadar bazar, Agra, branch. i have invested Rs 7,63,200/- in 13 FDsin the same bank. my customer ID is[protected] and a/c no is given above. my FDs matured on 26/10/2009. due to certain official commitements i could not reach the bank to get it renewed. now the bank is not renewing my FDs from 26/10.they are renewing from the current date. i am one of the old customer and expect the bank to extend such services to me, at least. besides i have not taken out the money, it is still with the bank. May i request you to help me out and get my FDs renewed from 26/10 only.

I am using icici bank credit card since last 4 years. My card number is [protected]. On my last statement you have charged overlimit charges 500 rs to my account, on which I have already paid full previous balance on 9th november 2009, which is before the due date. I want you to take early action on this and please cancell my overlimit charges. I request you to increase my credit limit to atleast 50, 000.
