[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

This is reference to mr jitendra nagrecha. working at icici bank malad leberty garden branch malad west this is froud man he is aarested by 14th november 2009 by U/s 420, 465, 468, 467, 471, And 34, Crimal record number is 210/09, please terminate this persone becouze this case was alraidy pending. the case is cheque froud of 2, 25, 000/- of mrs versh nalin mehta. arrested by bhayender west police station. the court is thane 14th court cr number is 210/09.


This is very onother froud invalve.

ICICI Bank — Dual EMI deducted on same date...Second Complaint.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Further to my complaint dated 12th Aug10 against Dual EMI deducted from my account on Aug2009 would like to update that still have not received a solution to my problem from ICICI Bank.

It's such a pity that ICICI Bank doesnt even bother to solve customers problem & since here mistake is on their part they just dont want to admit the mistake. Also no response received from Externam Ombudsman desk.....indeed I will feel that ICICI Bank is taking me for granted.

Attached with this complaint are the copies of mail which was sent to ICICI Bank officials after i raised a complaint in consumer complaint forum against ICICI Bank.

Dear Sir,

This with refrence to your mail ,The 1st mail i got for the settelment of my card one Mr.Meeran had spoke to me amount he said is 59k, after that there is no call or mail from the bank.

Second one Ms Preethi called two days before all my approvals had declined and she said she can finally finish it for 62k and there is no mail regards to that .

If from the bank do like this how a customer precisely continue the accounts with ur bank.

I hope atleast there will be positive response regards my settelment of my card.

But one thing is sure the request i had raised a issue on unusage charges in My cc on 6th july,19th oct ,22nd nov 09,Till now there is no resopnse at all.

Again without discussing with me bank is going to settel the card for 69 k which is not know to me.And i got a mail.

The settlement approval for Rs. 59,000.00 in 2 installments has been rejected.

ICICI Bank — Amount Withdrawn without my CC swipe

Hi,

I am old customer of ICICI Bank having salary account for last 3 yrs.
As my Father undergone thru CANCER operation from TATA hospital from 11/5/2010 to 19/5/2010. After discharge from there my father was admitted to local hospital to rest.
on 29/5/2010 I swipe ICICI card to withdraw Rs.10000 /- for local hospital bill thru New Corporation ATM and recieved sms for same withdrawn amount.

Next day i received my salary sms that amout has been credited to your ICICI account, but i found that there was Rs.1500 /- less.
So i checked my salary statement it was correct but when i checked ICICI account statement thru web i found rs.1500 /- has been deducted.

I called ICICI bank callcenter to check they said i have swipe twice that day 1st - 10000 from New Corporation ATM and 2nd - 1500 from Axis ATM.
I said its foolish that 1st swipe NCB atm and 2nd swipe Axis atm, As Axis atm is away from my house and Axix and ICICI atm is very near to each other.
So instead of Axis ATM , I would visit ICICI atm. Call center person agreed and said after 14 days your amt will be transfer to your account.

I checked after 20 days but nothing , so i call center person, but that day he started to shout on me and saying you are mad and saying that your card has been clone and your password has been stolen ,, now what you want to do you can do and bang the phone. I belive his name was ALI.

I visit to ICICI bank bhy-br two days later, they said that your issue will be resolved in 20 working days and amt will transfer to your account. as this case is regarding theft so need to check video tape recorded by Axis bank on 29/5/2010
Again i called ICICI call center (person: Suresh) for this issue , they directly said you have swipe card and now asking for re-ibursement of amt. ICICI bank will not give any amt to you and bang the phone. Putting blame on me that you fraud , this is worst service i had ever get from such bank.
From then i have called 3 - 4 time no ans i have get and simply call center person are disconnecting the phone

For this 3 month over but nothing has been done till.
I beleive that ICICI bank has started to cheat us (people) and using our money.
Service of ICICI bank , insurance , medicliam and other sector is going worst day-by-day.

ICICI Bank — illegal deduction by icicibank

Sir, Please refer to icici bank mail, it is surprised to note that a request letter to be given to bank for keeping Rs 5000/- as minimum balance. At the time of opening account icici bank agent told me that zero balance could be maintained by demat account holder and this was confirmed by bank through e-mail.I am having docment proof.
ICICI BANK CAN NOT CHANGE THE RULES FOR EXISTING ACCOUNT HOLDERS. This rule can be applicable to new a/c holders. In any case ICICI BANK should return my money. Sir, this bank is totally cheating the a/c holders. PL. HELP ME. Thanks.

ICICI Bank — Not providing detailed bill

"We are in receipt of the credit card but the card has been lost now and unfortunately through oversight the same was communicated to you, due to which we doubt that the card has been misused by someone. We have never used this card for any of the transactions till now; however the statement reflects a bill of Rs. 48,000/- which is really alarming.
We would request you to give us the details regarding the transactions that have been made till now on the EMI card at the earliest to trace out the person who has misused this card.

so in this case what we have to do?

ICICI Bank — Unauthorised withdrawal of money

Dear All,

I was having saving (no.[protected] and demat a/cs No. IN[protected] with ICICI bank at Surat. For the transfer of saving a/c from Surat to Baroda I have closed saving a/c before de-linking the demat a/c with written request to ICICI in Feb 2007 and opened New saving a/c no.[protected]. In 2008 I applied for Reliance power IPO with ICICI demat a/c but application got rejected. For the gap of more than three year I have not received any demat statement and AMC charges payment letter from ICICI Bank.
In last saving a/c statement I found that Rs. 1507.05 has deducted as a DP charges from a/c without any prior information.

My question is that Bnak has any right to deduct the DP charges from new saving a/c which is not linked with the demat a/c and I have not asigned any agreement(POA) with ICICI Bank/Securities Ltd.

ICICI Bank — no delivery of consignment

ICICI Bank — deducted rs 910

I am Ishwar Thakur. I have a saving account in icici bank kalyani nagar branch, pune. I went to an ICICI ATM to withdraw money. I was surprised to see the bank has deducted Rs. 910 as minimum account balance charge from my a/c. i have no idea why suddenly this has happened I have no clue. How the bank could charge such an amount with prior information? How can they take away someone else's hard-earned money? I will take steps if the bank does not explain the basis of such action.
