[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

ICICI Bank Vip Branch Kolkata — facility along with bank a/c was not transferred

MY ICICI BANK A/C NO[protected] WAS IN VARANASI GAYANPAPI BR.THIS A/C HAVE (QUANTUM OPTIMA) FACILITY,BUT ON TRANSFER THIS A/C TO VIP BR. KOLKATA THIS FACILITY WAS WITHDRAWN.WHY? ON COMPLAIN VIP BR. SAYS ON TRANSFER THIS FACILITY WILL NOT EXIST AND AT THE TIME IT WAS NOT MENTIONED TO CUSTOMER.
IS ABLE TO WITHDRAWN THE EXISTING FACILITY BUT I HAVE SEEN WITH OTHER BANKS ARE NOT WITHDRAWING,WHY?
1) IS ICICI BANK IS NOT FOLLOWING RBI DIRECTIVES
2)IS ICICI BANK BE VERY POOR CONDITION TO GIVE THE FACILITY TO CUSTOMER
3)MY VOICE SHOULD GO TO TOP HIGHER BANK AUTHORITY AND REQUEST FOR TRANSFER MY OLD QUANTUM OPTIMA FACILITY AS BECAUSE I STOPPED DEPOSITING MONEY TO MY ICICI BANK A/C

ICICI Bank — Personal Loan on Credit card

Dear Sir / Madam

This is to inform you that , I had taken a Personal Loan on Credit card from ICICI Bank in 2007 , for which the Agent / Customer care has informed about the Monthly EMI ( Including Principal + Interest ) for 48 Months . I am paying my EMI on time & never been a defaulter till now . How ever ICICI Credit card is charging 10.3% Service Tax on Interest part on every month additionally . I have informed same to management of ICICI through mail from the day one ( 2007 -- when i started paying 1st EMI ) . But so far no action has been taken . The agent has never told me about the 10.3% Service Tax , even if the EMI Schedule i have received from the bank don't have same information . Now Bank's Customer care & Higher Managements are silent & not replying to my mail . Do i have a case to persue ?

ICICI Bank — Misleading their Customers

Hi,

I want to bring this to everyone's notice that ICICI Bank has started misleading their customers. I have been a customer with ICICI for more than 5 years but now I think it will a wise decision for me not to continue my relationship with this financial institution. I have called ICICI customer service no. on 10th Oct. to check if I have any active EMI offer with them and was promised that there is one which will expire by 31st of Oct' 2010 and even was promised for a call back on Monday. I made a purchase for approx Rs 10,000 on the same day thinking that I can pay in easy 3 EMI's. I did not receive any call on Monday, so I decided to call on 13th Oct'2010 but then I was told that I do not have any such offer available with them. It was such a disgrace. I wrote an email escalating and stating my situation but they did not do anything about it. I received calls twice from ICICI saying that "there are no such offer and we don't see any such promises been made to you", this statement clearly states that they are pointing their finger towards their customer as the customer is lying about the whole situation. ICICI has really given a run around. I lost trust & faith from this brand and planning to end my relationship with them completely.

ICICI Bank — fraudulent online fundt ransaction worth 2,02,000 rupess

A fraud ONLINE transfer of RS 2, 02,000/- has been done on 15/10/10 and 16/10/10 from my A/c (a/c no –[protected] to 3 different accounts via multiple transactions. All three accounts are with ICICI bank (2 in Mumbai branch and 1 in Pune, Aundh branch).

I haven’t received any alerts against the same as my Idea number which is [protected] was register for SMS Alerts was deactivated by some anonymous person. This anonymous person had requested at Idea cellular office (Ulhasnagar Branch) on 15th October 2010 to deactivate my current sim and had issued himself another Sim card for the same number providing fraud pan card in my name as an identity proof in which the photo is of different person & even the Signature. Because of this my SMS alerts had been stopped.

I have registered a fraud complaint #[protected] with ICICI bank customer care. ICICI customer care advised me to lodge a FIR with Cyber cell of Police station. When I approached Cyber cell (Pune commissioner office), they have just asked me to submit my compliant in plain A4 paper. They have not yet registered a formal FIR.

As of now I have not heard anything from ICICI Bank and whenever I call customer care I always get the message that Investigation is in progress.

Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated

I got my releaveing letter in March 2009 then ihave submitted my pf with drawal form to HR exe. of delhi and my PF No.MH/47808/25385 & I-sol P.F A/C no is MH/94095/18538, then he said that i will be recieve my pf in just 90 days but not received yet.I have made so many calls[protected], [protected]) to delhi i-solutions office nobody receiv call but phone no is available. then i have send a mail to hr.[protected]@iprocess.in& [protected]@i-solutionsindia.com/[protected]@i-solutionsindia.com but it is getting bounce, then again i have called to above phone no but no one is giving responce.
so how you help regarding this metter.

Imint Card Of ICICI Bank — Not received the imint card

My mobile no. is [protected]
I have registered for imint as I am a credit card holder of ICICI Bank. But till date I have not received my imint card. I am getinf SMS in my mobile No. regarding the imint reward point but not able to redeem it. Secondly I am not able to shoppe as because I am not having the imint card so losing the reward point especially while purchasing the fuel, ie Petrol from HP.
I have lodged complain to the customer care imint and my reference No.-638622.
SENT BY E-MAIL FROM CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AND I AM NOT ABLE TO RDEEM TIMELY NOR ABLE TO PURCHASE TO EARN REWARD POINT. IN BOTH WAY I AM LOSING HEAVILY.
SO PL HELP AND INSTRUCT THE CONCERNED OFFICE TO SEND MY imint CARD.

ICICI Bank (Park Street Branch) Kolkata — misleading and false commitment

I applied for opening a current account in the name of GHOSH BROTHERS HOSPITALITY in park street ICICI branch.The executive who dealth with this matter was Mr.Anirban Mondal commited me that I will get the a/c opened before the Durga puja's that is on 13.10.10.I told them the communication address must be on the park street and not in salt lake address. But till in today's date there is no response from them. Today when I enquired about the Cheque book ,I was told that it has gone to the address mentioned in the M.O.A.(Saltlake Address)He also told that Bank has not got the trade licence,inspite giving him three copy xerox and according to bank(Mr.Anirban Mondal) law cheque book is send to the address mentioned in the Certificate of Incorporation .please Clarify this thing.i have to continously call him for updates. And also regarding the EDC machine Mr.Anirban Mondal told me that it is your fault why you did not opened the account when I told you. Now you will get it when I want.I am the GM of the company and my company is fireing me. is this my fault??

i sanjay kumar thakur having saving accont in ICICI bank account
no[protected] & credite card number is [protected] . i have
taken the loan amount RS- 9800/- & As my salary in this account
credited, so that i have autodebite system in EMI amount against
loan.

i have not get any insurence from icici bank & not any type document
received or not any fillup the insurance document, but icicic bank
has debited in my accont approx 7000/- from aug-2006, i have
continious discussion but not get any proper reply for why my amoun is
deducted.

on march-2007 i have contacted at mumbai office & gave the complain

have sevral time folloup then icici bank informed me that i have
taken
the lomard insurance & i told him that i have not told u to do so, even
i haven't got any type of insurance from icici lomard insurance.some
time given the customersupport team of icic bankto solve my problem

clearance.
secondely because of debited my acuont amount, my account is nil & ONE
EMI Amount rs-800/- is still pendingfrom my part bcoz amount is
already been debited.icici bank has requred against amount of
800/-every month which has become atotal of Rs 12800/-& till date my
debited amount has not credited .he is asking me about that rs800/-but
what about my Rs 7000/-?.



i have continious follow up thrugh mail but not any reply or
solution.& not credite any amount in my accounts.

so that i request you to please look in to the matter on urgent basis.
