[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

ICICI Bank — Debit of an account without intimation to Customer

This is with reference to my Account Number[protected], which has been unduly debited with Rs 827 for Non Maintainance of AQB and Rs.4500 as discrepancy.

I have deposited some money on 01 Aug 2011 in Uttam Nagar ICICI Bank branch and same was credited in my account. On 09 Aug 2011, when I checked the mini satatement, I found Rs. 4500 has been deducted on 09 Aug 2011. Next day I visited the bank branch and I met with Mr. Verma ( Branch Manager) and asked about the deduction but he was unable to satisfy my request. Since than I am in contact with Customercare services of ICICI Bnak. They are only to harass me, everyday they give different service request number and killing my time. They remited Rs. 827 as deducted for AQB fee. I am working with United Nation Peace Keeping Mission for department of peace keeping operation in Sudan. I am living in hazardous area and this is my hard earned money. My association with your Bank goes back a long way and I regret to inform you that this is the first time I am encountering such a problem.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and remit the said amount into my account within the next two days. Many time I wrote an e-mail to customercare for nothing.( one doccuments enclosed)

so this time I make a complain to consumer forum

when i tried to withdraw rs 7000 from my on 17/09/2011 around 5:30 pm from the ICICI atm FARIDABAD ESCORTS LTD. PLANT-2. i tried withdraw 7000 but money deducted from but no cahs received ,kindly help me out
but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

I tried withdrown Money from SBI ATM in AP Rs 10000/-.In January 2011,17 but i did not get money from ATM But i got slip with successful transaction. Regarding this i given so many complaints to icici bank but i didn't get any response from bank. still 9 months over i didn't get solution for this. Please can tell who will help for this problem.

I have a complaint with the ICICI BANK regarding their ATM Machine (ATM Add :-Ramneek Chowk, NIT, ATM ID – s1vd7230). At Monday night approx 8 pm when I go to the ICICI BANK ATM Machine for withdrawl Rs. 4000/- but I got only 2000/- and no balance slip comes out from the machine. I take the mini statement from nearby ATM showing that withdrawal is 4000/-. I booked a complaint no. SR[protected] with ICICI BANK customer care regarding this. They told me to wait for a week. But today I received a message that they don’t give me any money. This is totally cheating. Banks are government registered and that can’t cheat with a customer. Today 30.09.11 I again call to the customer care for complaint booking no.[protected] but the executive told that whole backend process are complete and they give me second complaint number. Sir please resolve this issue as I already suffered from last 4 days. Please help me out as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

I am using your ICICI Bank Credit card from last more then six years and till date i have received your full cooperation and for your information i am very much regulare in payment also verifiy your record for my card payment history, but this time in statement dated 05/11/2011 you people have charged me Rs 500 for overlimit credit use .

First point : if my credit limit is Rs 25, 500 how i can use beyond that if i try also for that ? .

Second point : You have proposed me for incressing my credit card limit to Rs 33, 000 from Rs 25, 500 then why u have charged ? .

It was very much rediculously you have charged me this over limit fees of Rs 500, Kindly request you to revert back this amount as early as possible otherwise i will stop using your ICICI bank credit card further.

Awaiting for your positive reply on my mail ID which descriped on top of this mail.

Do the needfull as early as possible.

Inspite of our complaint of not crediting our accounts with the funds already deposited in loan account you have again sent us a statement which has all the flaws.PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE NOT HERE TO EARN ILLEGAL INTEREST FROM US .YOU ARE CREDITING THE ACCOUNT AS PER YOUR WILLS AND FANCY AND AT YOUR PLEASURE TIME SOMETIMES AFTER MONTHS WHICH IS AGAINST RBI GUIDELINES.
Last time also i requested you to send a perfect statement but you people are not bothered .this is the last apportunity i give you to make necessary adhjustments regarding late credits to my account.Pl find a sample chart for the same where u have not done so in my loan account.

I think ICICI has not taken our cioncern seriously.You people cannot decide when to adjust our hard earned money.After i withdraw money from my saving account no foolish bank will give me interest on withdrawn money simillarly when i have deposited money in my loan account u have to give credit to the same on same day and no delay has to be suffered because of your policy.I had word on this isssue with several private and nationalized bank and they credit the account of loanee the same day when they receive funds.I also had talked with RBI on this issue.Having understood i[censored] are trying to be innocent then ICICI bank will have to face the consequences.

I had two Wheeler loan with IcIcI Bank and i have submitted the allthe Emi of loan till 1n half year, the loan amount was deducted by my HDFC account and it was salary account , when i leave the job my account was close by the bank , and i was unable to access my account , now i want to pay the my loan and need settlement for the same ,

but I dont have loan details and i was visited the bank numerious time but they have not interest to give me details .

kindly help me out of this , and need settlement of my two wheeler loan !

same thing happened to me too, this bank is the most fraudulent bank, don't ever trust them.

ICICI Bank — Gift voucher provided by Bank not acceptable by the merchant.

I have requested to redeem ICICI bank credit card point and ICICI bank delivered 4 Reebok vouchers by courier. But, unfortunately when I went to Reebok outlet, they rejected 2 vouchers stating that these are already used .

So, I am surprised as to how a big institution like ICICI bank can do this. However, I have made complaint regarding the same to the bank but they need time to investigate further.

Dear Sir,

I the undersigned having above mentioned savings bank account with ICICI BANK LTD. Damoh branch hereby wish to draw your attention towards nonpayment of cheque no.010562 issued by me for cash withdrawal of Rs.4,00,000/-.But on date 24/12/2011 the said instrument was not processed even after depositing the self cheque within the normal business hours and I was in urgent need of cash that day.The reason as cited by the bank official was due to connectivity failure the said cheque was not processed.But on that day the said branch had initiated customer transaction and also cash transactions had been executed.Due to non-withdrawal of cash of Rs.4,00,000/-(Rupees four lakh only) I had to face severe hardship as the cash withdrawal was for meeting exigency need of the undersigned.As a customer I was very dissappointed since the cash withdrawal was not executed by the bank within the stipulated banking hours.The consequenses of the said non cash withdrawal is unquantified and this is a lapse in customer service rendered by the bank.I would like to request you to kindly refer the matter in letter and spirit and advise as these type of instances really hamper the customer need and services in the time o[censored]rgency.I had already drawn the attention of the said bank official regarding this matter and we solicit your kind interference in this matter and guide the branch suitably inorder not to repeat such type of instances in future and thus provide the services as per your service norms.
