ICICI Bank Money To India — CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

ICICI BANK MONEY TO INDIA SUCKS!!

They provide the worst service I have ever seen. I've been in business doing transactions for over 10 years, and I never lived something like this before. It unreal, I transfer money 1 month ago and the transaction has not been completed and I keep calling and customer service say the money is in another department, and that they will call back, etc etc.
They are full of crap please STAY AWAY FROM ICICI BANK and MONEY 2 INDIA

ICICI Bank — unrelated Credit card

Hi,

For the 1 week I receive calls from legal team of ICICI Bank for unrelated Credit card outstanding payment. I have already informed the bank six month before about this and calls were stopped but for the past a week i am continuously receiving calls to pay the outstanding bills and legal demand notice also has issued. The amazing thing is I don't have any relationship with ICICI bank.

Dear ICICI manager

Every time I do internet banking with ICICI it is headache. In name of safe banking you have made systems which are so diffcult. To send someone some money is so cumbersome !!! Also they dont reply by mail. Just send every week marketing mail.

ICICI Bank — DELAYING OF GETTING NEW CREDIT CARD

HI, THIS IS TRUPTI CHAUDHARI HERE. I HAVE ACCOUNT IN ICICI BANK, FORT. I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE CREDIT CARD 2 MONTHS BEFORE FROM FORT BRANCH. WHERE I WAS PROMISED THAT I WOULD GET THE CARD IN 21 WORKING DAYS.DUE TO WHICH I DIDNT' APPLIED FOR ANY OTHER BANK. THOUGH IT WAS VERY URGENT. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW STILL THEY R SAYING IT WILL TAKE 8 DAYS MORE. MY INPORTANT WORK JUST STUCK UP BCOZ I DON'T HAVE CREDIT CARD . EACH AND EVERY DAY IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME. I TRIED THEIR NOS. SEVERAL TIMES BUT I DIDN'T GET THE PROPER REPLY.
EVEN THOSE PEOPLE VERIFIED MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS BY 12TH MARCH 2012. AND THEY SAID CARD WILL BE DELIVERED IN NEXT 3 DAYS. NOW BY TODAY THEY VERIFIED MY OFFICE ADDRESS AND SAID IT WILL TAKE MORE 8 DAYS TO DELIVER. I REALLY GOT DEPRESSED BY THEIR COMMENTS. HELP ME OUT.

Respected Sir,
I have a ICICI EMI Card No 4477 XXXX XXXX 6001. I had purchased a product of Rs. 24000.00
Regular statement was coming and subsequent checks were given. suddenly for one month, statement was not receved and I had been charged late fee of Rs.1000, which was revoked after complaining. for the next subsequent month again statement was not received and late fee charges of Rs. 1000 was charged and same has been reversed after complaint. for the next month again a statement has not received and late fee of Rs. 1000 charged. at this time I had a doubt of cheating and I paid remaining balance completely in one stroke except late fee of Rs 1000 charged by bank. After receipt of payment I had neither received any statement from bank nor any communication from the bank for next six to seven months. All of a sudden bank start calling me and sending statement of pending dues. Bank had charged a late fee for every month over and over. now the ammount raised to Rs 13000.00 without my fault. Why should I pay for not my fault.
