Issue still pending from last 2 years... This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day. I have tried the customer care number many times of icici bank to unblock my debit card but could not do so easily. The system hangs or doesnt take info correctly.Many times the phone just got cut on its own...

ICICI Bank — Money deduction from accaunt
I was open zerobalance womane ac.but bank was charge low balance charge of nearabout 1500/- rupees from my accaunt.so pleas help me & revwrse me all my money which was deducted from my ac. My ac no[protected] Parwati b mehta

Sir mai aapke yeha 8 year se account holder hu maine aapke yeha par 3 moth before cradit card ke liy aply kiya tha tb se na to aapke manager ph recive karty hai or customer care se bhi her baar yahi responce milta hai 10 days wait karo but after 10 dayes bhi koi reply ni hota, last mail 21 ko aai the aaj sham tak koi reply ni aya office adders jo apke yeha se manga tha bh 7th nov ko hi by mail de diya tha aap se request hai ki jo bhi reply ho quick ho

Unexpected charges debited on monthly basis! Can you expect banking with such bank? Without any intimation bank deducted money for less balance. i was going to make a huge start up, and preferred to use ICICI for transactions, but now i will cancel my account.
