I called up ICICI bank and asked them for the contact numbers that they have and they gave me the following numberS:
[protected]/21 but either they don't work.

have a icicivbp account useless even after making payment they again they are not credited the amount

This is in ref. of excess billing statemtents of july-04-2008 shows credit balance Rs.380.73 & purchased Rly tickets.Rs.797.09
Amount statememts received & as per full balance dues paid Rs.416.36 Now again repeatwedly you are asking to pay the dues
How many times you are asking either if the case is cheating .
Pls. cancel my membership card.
FYI today i also cancelled one ticket & znow on wards please
cancel my membership & Iwill submit to you your card in next week
by letter & drp in your letter box of icici bank.

i have taken credit card loan and i paid and settled amount of 8000 in 2007 dec itself, they told i ll get my settle document one week later but i didnt get itself. Now they took 16000 from my account my paid amount8000 is not paid by that executive . To talk about this i went to ICICI bank their i met nearly 50 people on that one day itself regarding similar kind of issues . i dont know when the government going to take action against this. "very worst sxperienced bank in my life"

i have received my credit card statement of Aug.08 on17Aug 08 and my mother was expired on 19thAug and my payment due date is 25th Aug.I dropped the cheque on 26thAug. for due payment so there is a late fee of Rs 400 in sept 08 statement so please deduct the late fee from my credit card A/c.

I am Mukesh Chopra using the credit card of ICICI Bank, My Credit Card No[protected].They just calling me in a daily basis with any reason, and just asking about the payment, and they charging me extra extra late fees. EXAMPLE - OKIE IF I AM LATE TO PAYING THE PAYMENTS SO I AM READY TO GIVE MY ONE LATE PAYTMENT.


But what the sense is this, they are taking late to late fees. See I dont to break the relation with bank, I wanted to be good rater. So please help me it will be very great full to you

ICICI Bank — Unknown mess

I have received an SMS regarding bill payment saying "Your credit card bill of Rs. 4128.31 for card No. 4477xxxx9000 with due date IMMESIAT has benn dispatched on 24-05-08 by AWB no. L5185242. Sir I have never applied credit card and I don't use any credit card of any bank. Please make sure that in future I won't recieve any such messages.

Dear Sir, I am Neeraj Verma. My Credit Card No. is - [protected] I would like to inform you about my problem ------- 1.ICICI Bank paid the amount against airtel bill in mumbai without asking me even I dont know that to whom airtel bill account has been paid without asking me.2.after complaint in customer care amount got credited in my account.3.now again since june same account has be debited from my account.4.I am not getting any help from customer care.5. ICICI Bank Credit Card — levying of Interest Charges in Bill dated Sep 20, 2008.

Hardly the dispute over the previous Bill datedAug.21, 08 had subsided than the next round of controversial billing has erupted.
For my Credit Card No.[protected], the total amount due is Rs.14874.74 which includes a fresh levy of Interest Charges of Rs.558.31+Service Tax of 69.01.

You would recall that the dispute in the previous Bill was resolved just a fortnight back after your Manager Mr. Roopesh assured that the charges levied would be reversed.

but to our utter surprise, the latest Statement has inclunwaranteduded Rs.62732, which is unwarranted

I lodge my protest for the same and seek recheck of the Bill.

Please donot pay my vodafone bill of aug18- sep18. Because the bill amount is Rs2874.16. But icicivbp messaging me that the bill is Rs 3674.16. So untill the confusion is not cleared please donot go for further processing.

I was little dissapointed, as the delivery of my card took more than a month for some techinical reasons. but it is all fine now hope to share a better relation in the future .

I want to get a new devit card because of decaying card . Right now I dont have a single cash.

I am a suffered customer of ICICI Bank Credit card; I was cheated by one of your executive.

I had an EMI of ICICI Lombard insurance of Rs.590, and I am regularly pays the installments, but after 4-5 months I hadn’t revived my statement timely, due to this I wasn’t make payment on time.
One day I had received a call from your executive for collecting payment, as per our conversation I had make a payment of my EMI of Rs.590 on 05/05/05 on receipt no 0125547.

Again next month I had not got my statement, again one of your executive Named Shweta ([protected]), called me up and enquired about the payment. I was fed up by your services, so I told her that I hadn’t received my statement on time so that my payment is also delayed, and want to make the whole rest of my EMI amount in advance and wants to close my EMI Immediately. She said “OK sir I will call you tomorrow after consulting with the concerning department”.
Next day she calls me up again and tells me if you make whole rest of EMI amount at one, (Which is 590x6=3540) the EMI could be stop. I said “ok I am ready for this”

On 11/06/2008 she sent an executive Named Dilip Kumar, and I make a payment of Rs.3540.00/-, on receipt no # 0277936 and assured that my EMI were Stopped.

But I was surprised when I received my next statement, it’s only a Cheating with me; you not stopped my EMI and not give me clearance of my credit amount.

Please look into the matter, and make me free from your consumer sucking web.
