ICICI General Insurance — Insurance Documents not given

Dear,

I took a personal Loan from ICICI bank.ICICI Lombard called me up to insure it.So also took it.Now the trouble started.ICICI Lombard told me that i can pay the premium in 24 months Rs 52/- per month.But they chrged me the whole amount in the first month itself.I just paid the amount.Then I was told that I will be sent the documents within 15 days.And now after 4 months I didn't get that.I have beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen calling to CustomerCare for the Insurance documents.but no result.And the funny thing is I get a call from ICICI Lombard for feedback call of their CustomerCare.
Whom I have to complain regarding this and when will my query getsd solved.

ICICI Bank — NOT RECEIVING CREDIT CARD

I HAVE APPLIED FOR A CREDIT CARD 40 OR 50 DAYS AGO.I HAVE FULFILLED ALL OTHER REQIUREMENTS.BUT TILL NOW I AM NOT GETTING MY CARD.I HAVE SENT SO MANY MAILS TO THEM BUT NO REPLY IS COMING.NEXT WEEK I HAVE TO LEAVE THE CITY.I WANT TO KNOW THE REASON, WHY CARD IS NOT COMING?

Hi,

I took a Health cover policy on August 8th 2008, were this entire discussion was going with the tele caller from chennai ( Her name is Shylaja - no is [protected]). Policy is for around 6lks and onetime premium is around Rs 11528 including all charges and taxes and this amount is been cleared from my ICICI EMI card [protected] stating that I will be getting my Policy copy and the welcome statement within 40 days time .

But Iam really dissapointed in this case that I haven't received any document instead the amount has been cleared from my card and i have paid my first instalment for the card and I have received the second payment also.

Normally the telecallers and the insurance company's are very much interested in getting the policy from the customers by creating lot of disturbance to the customer, but the same type of action is not taken to service the customers back.

kindly attend to this issue immedieately or else return back the amount that I have paid so that I dont want to have any type of relation with ICICI insurance.

ICICI Mastercard Gold — Regarding Lombard insurance

Respected sir, I am Mayilsamy, Tirupur, tamilnadu state, My credit card no is- [protected]. Eventhough I am not iterested in mediclaim policy I am pressurised to take mediclaim lombard policy when getting the card first. I have no idea to continue mediclaim policy hereafter. If you give the credit card without lombard policy i will continue otherwise pl kindly cancel my credit card and lombard policy as soon as possible. I had sent you email last week regading deduction of interest charges & service tax( confirmaion code of complaint was 8da8b) but there is no response from you. In your statement dtd.4/10/2008 you had charged Interest charges Rs.54.22 & service tax Rs.6.70 = Total Rs.60.92 which are unfair. I had paid my last cr. card bill vide Cheque No.587628 (Abhyudaya Bank. Ltd.) for Rs.1, 136/- before due date. I had dropped my cheque in ICICI Bank, ATM near Sanpada Rly. Stn., Navi Mumbai on 19/9/2008.Due date was 21/9/2008. If you have not collected the cheque in time that is not my fault. Dear Sir,

I am a Platinum card holder of Icici bank vide card "[protected]" and silver card no [protected]. In this regard i had been continiously receiving calls from your Chennai office to avail a preapproved PL of 4.50 lak at the rate of 17% as a previlaged rate since i am working at HDFC Bank. I refused a few times and further agreed to it. The verification details were over and they had confirmed that the payment would reach me within 7 working days. When the days were over i had made a call and asked them they confirmed that I had already taken a PL based on credit card 2 years before and so it will not be possible.
I would just bring to your kind notice that i had availed PL based on credit card but the same is being completed. Even if so is the case why are people from your end without proper intimation giving wrong commitment. I did not ask for a Pl based on CC it is only since i had received so many calls i thought could use this amt for a good reason.
I just want your confirmation is this would be processed and also please inform your employees to give on correct information .

ICICI Bank — Want a full settlement against my Credit Card

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I am a Credit Card holder of ICICI Bank Ltd. I have been calling the bank from Feb. 08 till date. But they always makes me ool by taking charges against my card. Whenever I ask them to make full payment they just say "next month" or "next week".

Please help me to sort this matter as I dont want to be a defaulter after paying the amount more than what I was supposed to pay.

ICICI Corporate Credit Card — Wrong Milling & Mentally Harass & Misbehave

ICICI Credit Card #: [protected]. They had misbilled in my account. They told a cheque # 475604, amount of Rs.5000/- returned & they debited the same amount in my account in 5th Jun'08, after that they were demanding Rs.5000/- additional to me. That cheque is not mine & not concern to me any how. I had also talked with customer care dept. so many times, but they didn't resolve my problem. Then, I told without resolving the problem, I am not going to deposit any amount in my Crdit card account and make a remarks "only billing personnel & you will responsible for the same". After that, they transfer my no to their DSA & other agencies. Those persons have been continuously going to make a phone calls & mentally harass me and using ABUSE WORDS. The person name is "MR. PANKAJ"
They also send a legal notice through their legal farm-Delhi, wherein they mentioned if I didn't make a payment or contact to me within 7 days, I would take legal step. After that I called in Customer care dept. with Mr. Mansoor, Mr. Nadeem, Ms. Sheetal etc. Only Mr. Nadeem had to try my problem & process a request for the same. In mean while I got a call from mob #. [protected] yesterday & another from Landline #[protected] today through "MR. PANKAJ". He told "I am calling from ICICI Sec-14 Branch, Gurgaon. He started to speak so many abuse words, you can’t imagine & I am also unable to explain about how the person is narrow minded & as a wild man not mannered. He told "tu rahata kahan hain mughe bata". I am totally fed up, upset and mentally tired. I am not a local person here. Plz help me. No one can think about ICICI can do misbehave in these ways. Please do something...

ICICI Bank — bank statement reg

i am not receving quartly bank statement for the period of july-2008 to Sep-2008, My ICICI Account number[protected]. And please sent housing loan interest and capital details for the financial year- March-2008 to March-2009.

I am your devoted custoomer and using ICICI bank Gold Card No. [protected] .I made payment of Rs. 1500/- through SBI Srinagar cheque No.031613 on 18/8/08 and dropped the cheque at ICICI Bank Srinagar branch on the same.i am surprised to see the statement for sept & Oct, 2008 that said amount credit in my Credit Card A/C No. [protected] on 10/9/08 i.e. after a laspse of 20 days when amount debited from account of SBI on 20/8/08 itself. Further, the said amaount credited in credit card accoint has een shown as cash whereas I made payment througha SBI cheque No.031613. Resulsting wich a sum of 400/- has been charged as late paymewnt fee in the statement for Sept, 08 and Rs. 100/- charged as cash paym, went fee in statement for Oct, 2008 for no my lapse.Please enquire look into the matter from ICICI Bank authorities of Sringar(J & K) and make reverse the charged. I have already make payment of balance amaount.

ICICI Credit Card Wiping Machine — ICICI Big Cheating

Hi,
I am the Manager of Style Bazar, Palode, Trivandrum, Kerala. One day ICICI's sales team contact me and offer credit card wiping machine in our bazar. They told within 15 days they. They take cheque of Rs.5000/-, last of July. Then they periodically sent the receipts. Now our Rs.5000/- is only Rs.4451.65/- it's still reducing. But we dont' get that machine. We contact sales persons and ICICI, they told it's reach within days. No we reach around 4 months, but not yet get that machine ! Now we are ready to move Banking Ombudsman, Reserve Bank of India. Beware of All Merchandisers !

ICICI Bank — Deduction of Amount towards QAB

It is really shocking that ICICI bank has levied Rs.843 as QAB charges. Then why would not they loose pople's trust. I feel its a day light robbery. They should have intimated this beforehand.

ICICI Bank — Notice against credit card due

I am credit card holder of icici bank India from last two years. There are some due of credit card against which I have not made any payment from last four months. Because of changing in my communication address. i have applied for that but the bank didnt change my address yet. Now bank has sent me directly written notice from the gurgaon district court. i have registered my phone numeber and my mail addresss with the bank. But without any prior intimation they are giving notice through the court. i am making the payment which is due now. So please kindly inform the bank to take their case back.

Hi,

I had an ICICI Credit Card for almost 7 years which I was maintaning properly. Once I had to go onsite and there was some delay in the bill payments. That is when I decided to close the card as my onsite visits were supposed to continue. I approached the bank executives and negotiated with them for one time settlement (requested to reduce only the additional service charges and late payment fees and accepted to pay the total amount for which I had credit limit).

The total amount due was around 45-46K and finally they accepted to close for 40k. I have given as cheque to the ICICI bank executive on 27th May 2007 and surrendered the card by making it into pieces. At that time I have asked for thr closure letter. The executive said that since the payment was made in the form of cheque, he will give me the closure letter within 10 days as soon as the cheque is encashed. I believed on him but he never picked my phones after that. I have approached the bank for this but never got any response. After a couple of months, I went out of country on some assignment.

Finally yesterday I got a letter saying my bank account was blocked because I was not making any payments. I tried to withdraw funds from my bank but was not successful. The amount they have mentioned is 17+ K which I never used for.

This is ridiculous. How can they block the bank savings account without even informing us in advance? When I tried to approach 24 hrs customer service, it does not have an option to talk to the phone banking officer. When I called up the bank, they say it is our fault not to pay the charges on time. I have never seen this kind of behaviour from any of the banks. I had a personal loan at ICICI which has closed recently and I did not even know about that till they sent me the PDC's back along with the closure letter. My loans are clear and my bank account is 9 years old and never had any cheque bounces. They have questioned by credibility by doing this act. What should be my next step?

I do hope ICICI bank go bankrupt. Just how these people stay in business I do not know. I have been charged 843 bucks as QAB today and they never told me that minimum balance should be 10K. I hope they go bankrupt and hope everybody takes their custom to some other bank.
