[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Car Loan — Recover car & not taking payment

Sir/Madam,

I'm Surendra Trimbak Hambir, my car loan a/c no. LAPUN[protected], I have taken car loan for Tavera from ICICI BANK LTD. Branch- Suma House, Bhandarkar Road, Pune - 411004. I'm regular customer since last 3 years. And have paid 25 EMI's regularly paid out of 60 EMI's. Due to the world wide cost cutting I loss my job and I came in very big financial crises, so I was unable to pay the 6 EMI's.
Meantime, your car loan recovery officers have threaten me on phone and thretened me to recover my car. They are not listening about payment which I want to pay to them.On 13th Feb 09 my friend Mr. Ganesh Thorve had gone to Panvel Navi Mumbai with his family members in my Tavera Car MH 12 - CY- 9998, where your recovery officer had come and forcefully taken the possession of vehicle and They did not taking my any call and not ready to contact me for that procedure. On 14th Feb. 09 I had been to ICICI BANK LTD. Branch- Suma House, Bhandarkar Road, Pune - 411004 for the payment EMI's but your officer Mr. Sachin Bhosale is not ready to take EMI's and told me that he was busy in meeting and you come afterwards. I was waiting till closing hours of the bank. Then next day I'm again went to the bank and requested to your officer to take payment of Car Loan, but he refused to take the EMI's and said that we have already possesed your car and I'm not going to take EMI's and I'm forclosure amount of Rs. 384, 087/- today only or I'll auctioned your car within 7 days. I'm bankrupt as my job loss and not able manage the such huge amount of forclosure. On my several requests he did not co-operate me and behave very rudly.
But I want to pay pending EMI's of my car loan and take the car back. Hence, I've made request to you as an highest authority of ICICI BANK LTD. That my pending EMI's would be accept by you and returned my car to me.
