ICICI Bank Credit Card — Negligence of ICICI Bank Credit card division put in to troubles to the customers.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I was forceable given a ICICI credit card in the year 2005, when ever i used the credit card i was promtly repaying till march 2007, Due to ICICI bank harrasment One fine day i had decided to close the credit card to be free from all troubles from ICICI. I had informed one of their collection executive on 22/05/2007 to get the full and final settlement to close the credit card once in for all and he had assured me to get the statement next day & collected part payment of Rs.18410/-on 22/05/2007. i had waited for 2 days he never turned up then i had started calling him on his mobile he never picked up my call one fine day some one picked up the call and said he is gone out kept the mobile phone for charging we will inform him to call u back, he never called me, again next month some one else visited my office assured to give full and final statement and collected the partpayment again i had failed to get the statement, then i had registed a complaint with their call center taken the complaint register number on 17/12/2007 and assured me that the issue will be resolved with in 48hrs time till date no one turned up and again i was started writting to their customer care dept many times assued me in writting that with in 48 hrs many times the issue will be resolved some one from icici will contact you till date no one turned up and pinalised me haveliy and taken Rs.54190/- in November 2007 & now liened my ICICI salary current for Rs. 75235/-on 09/04/2008 and taken Rs.57, 000/- on 09/04/2008 made me to suffer not to utilise the funds made me to put in to losses, Due to negligence of ICICI i have a been pinalised and harrsing me daily.Pls help me out to resolve the issues.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to you today because I find myself in some unfortunate circumstance.

I had deposited an UCO Bank cheque no. "002427" on 22/07/08 of amount Rs 19000/- at an ICICI Bank ATM in Gurgaon, Haryana.

The cheque was returned to me by post on 31/07/08 stating that UCO Bank has already paid.

When I contacted UCO Bank, they confirmed that they have already debited the concerned account number and the payment was forwarded to ICICI Bank by the Cheque Truncation System on 26/07/08.

But my account never got credited. After several visits to ICICI Bank Sector 14, Gurgaon branch, and after relentless following up for the last 46 days, I am compelled to write to you as I see no other avenue.

The details as available from both banks have been scanned and are being attached herewith.

I will really appreciate if you help resolve the issue at the earliest.

I am a customer of your bank having a credit card No. [protected]. A payment towards my LIC policy was done before the due date for which I am getting only 25 days to pay the money to the bank.My policy premium date is from 28 May to 28 June. The payment was done by the bank on dated 17th May 2006. If the payment was done by the bank on or after 28th May, I would get around 52 days for paying that amount to the bank. My policy premium amount was Rs.10266/-. I had paid Rs.10300/- on 23rd July.I am not ready to pay any more money because your bank has paid the premium before the date.I had also given a complain against this matter. But you did not take any action on it.So I am not using your credit car after that case. I request you to consider my case.

I Naveen Mittal a credit card holder of your ICICI bank.. From last year I didn’t make any transaction through this card. The total transaction that I made through this card wasn’t more than[protected]. But your bank added extra charges and the amt is above than 10000rs. After that over limit charges were added on it and at present it is Rs. 20 000. I have already paid the amount more than that I have used in the past.
From last 2months i have visited more than 20 times at Rohini sec-8 branch. At the time when the balance was Rs. 17 000 the person sitting on the desk told that my case is a normal one and no settlement can be done.. At the mean time I have received hundreds of calls from the recovery agent or from your call centers regarding the payment of my balance. What is going on from last three – four months is nothing but totally harassment for me.
One day I received a call from the no. [protected], the name of the person is karam and employee id no. is [protected] offered a settlement at Rs. 6995. I agreed and ask for my SR no. or any proof that we agreed for settlement but he didn’t gave me and told that visit our Videocon tower and deposit 6995rs and get noc and settlement letter at the same time.
And When I visited at your sector-8, Rohini branch the person named Rajesh said that the person(karam) is fake and said that your account settled at Rs. 15000. He didn’t have any manners & very rudely talked to me.
The motive behind this correspondence is the settlement on my credit card and way off all the extra charges. I will not be responsible if the amount will increase in future, I can’t pay such a big amount because I belong to a lower class and my salary is just Rs. 7000. So kindly look into the matter.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — negligance and harrasment

In the month of June 2009 I received a settlement letter from ICICI bank for the settlement of my credit card dues. The total dues were of Rs. 52000/-. My account was settled in Rs. 42000/-. I was asked to pay the dues in 3 equated installments of Rs.14000/- each. I was asked to make the payments before 10th of every month. On june 10th and july 10, an ICICI bank visited my office and collected the installments of Rs.14000/- each. But to my surprise no one came to collect the last installement for the month of August. They were supposed to issue me an NOC in the month of August after the payement of last installment. On contacting the call center of the bank I was told that they cannot help me as they are not aware of any settlement. I even sent an email to the bank's concerned department asking them for the collection of payement and Issue of NOC. For that I was told that the settlement stands cancelled as I was unable to pay the dues on time.
I fear this is some new way to charge more than the settlement amount, as no one came for collecting the payment and delivering me a full and final receipt, as I was promised my banks executive.
Even today on 20th of August 2009 when i called up the customer care, I was asked to talk to the person to whom I have paid the amount...

I am credit card (above mentioned) holder of your reputed bank.

I was forceable given a ICICI credit card in 2007, Due to poor services and

improper billing delivery i am not using the services since long back. I have

word with customer care in the cancellation department and got commitment

that entire charges will be reversed and no extra bills will be added in the

statement.Moreover she pursued me lot not to cancel the card.

I have raised number of complaints for the cancellation and

billing delivery issue and no care is taken. Please disconnect the services or

stop billing if it's still continued.

I regret to say that such a reputed Bank didn’t able to handle billing delivery.

There are millions of Credit card providers in the market and really I was not willing to have it,

it’s handed over to me by great pursue. Please stop the billing and cancel the card.
