ICICI Bank Credit Card — getting sms about debit to my card without making any transaction | |||
I have stayed in Hotel Shivalik View , Chandigarh on 10th Feb and made payment by Credit card. I recd sms about this transaction. I am surprised that same transaction repeated again on 12th and 13th Feb while I have not made any transaction in that hotel. I recd sms about this transaction on 12th and 13th Feb. I contacted the hotel but they are saying to check with ICICI bank. Amount is being debited to me for these two transactions inspite of that I have not made any transaction. When I attemptedtobook air tickets using my ICICI credit card, though I was not successful in booking my ticekts as the transaction failed repeatedly my account has been debited forall my attempts by around Rs.50000/-.
