As per my discussion with you i sending this email.

I have a Credit Card from your bank, i have been using this card from past 3 years.

I made a call to get the 3D Secure PIN, which needs to generate and provided this PIN to the customer.

1st I had called up ICICI on Tuesday 12th Jan at 9:15 PM for to get the PIN. your customer support asked for me to update the details under this link., i have updated my Card Number there and she asked me to click on Forgot 3D Secure PIN link.

I have selected the mode of delivery for to receive the 3D PIN to my mobile number which was updated from past 3years.

2nd ICICI CS asked me to wait for min of 10min and max of 2 hr to get the PIN on my mobile. i was waited till 10:00PM i have not got any update.

I called for the same he said and he asked me to do the same process so that he can send the same request from his end.

I trusted that he has taken care of this thing for me so that i can book my e-ticket for my journey. But not get any update till midnight. i was expecting the PIN in morning but no update...

3rd On 13th Wednesday i was suppose to travel and it is got canceled because of this. and one of your ICICI badmannered lady updated me saying this it done from there end! said "if i am not receiving a message (PIN) from ICICI it is your problem our service provider problem"

This what i got the update from at 10:00 AM 13th Wed. i have called more then 10 times to login i had call with customer support more 6 times i was fagged for this problem get it rectified as early spent more then 3hrs for the same

Later at in 13th evening i got the update that i should provide you the my personal Email ID which is no where related to get the PIn on my cell. i have created and updated you nonsence guys are asking me to wait for 3 DAY'S for the PIN.

I am holding Savings account / Credit / policy from ICICI. And you are one of core customer to my company. this is also a salary account for me.

I have updated the email ID on the spot and provided my DOB MOB nu Full name more then 20times.

Please let me know what best you can do it from your end.

I hold an icici credit card .I want to change my secure 3D pin and there is no way to do it online (can't beleive ICICI has such poor online facilities) Pls let me know how can I get the 3D pin chaged.


I completely agree with on how ICICI is handling the 3-D secure pin process.

Even I have loggged into their 3-D secure site a number of times (through by movie booking portal) and tried to update the pin, but I get response well after 24 hrs (am I supposed wait for that much time in front of system to get my booking done). And once I put that pin, it says the pin has expired and create again.

In any case all the tickets got booked and I was not able to still update my pin

Way to go ICICI IT wiz kids...

ICICI bank has the worst customer service I have ever come across. My father died on 14th August 2010 in Goa and I am still trying to notify them!! I have written countless emails, letters, phoned the London office 6 times, Mumbai 3 times and it is still not suspended.

The Mumbai manager was the most insensitive when he advised me to tell my father that he should go into his local branch (Goa) and close it himsel[censored]

Two months down the line the saga is still going on...

Don't bank with them they are a bunch of cowboys!

myself Mrs Pratima A Deshpande am a credit card holder no. [protected].
since I require 3d secure pin for getting my online transactions I am approaching your ccexecutives on [protected] (Pune) since the 5th of May 2011, every time with the same nonchalant answer that after updating my email id and cell no. within 3days i can generate my own 3d secure pin.Innumerable times I have done so but I have failed regenerate the same accordingly, the request no.s are SR[protected] and SR[protected]the latter received today). However I am still at a loss and yet to receive your service.

I request you to look in the matter and relieve me of my agony

I have your bank credit card or madiclaim policy since long time but I have not good expireence of your

bank last time dated[protected] we paid my madical policy primeum by phone banking sistem so we give my credit card no to your officer mr sachin for renenual of my policy so this chiter persion use my card no for chiting and dabited rs 2054=00 and rs 7586=00 dated[protected] and rs 23006=00 dated 3-9-2011 when I got my stetment account then I see this entrey emegetly i call lombard or icici bank and file complent and cansal my credit card my complaint no is 3091199 i am lawyer at ahmedabad so i file one crimenal complaint againes icicibank and icicilombard officer who is doing this type of froud and chiting. how and why we say largest secound no best bank in world is icicibank or is lombard co.

useless bank makes false promises the relationship managers are so foolish they dont know how to solve a problem and the website is apparently technically down half the time
