[Resolved] ICICI Bank Edc Machine — Wrong MID's Money deducted from my account | |
I have been using the ICICI Bank EDC machine from past several years. My MID is[protected]. The bank has debited Rs.5400/- on 15/02/2008 from my current account no.[protected] describing some other MID no as mine and thus charges for that MID machine. But the matter of fact is i own only one machine with me from past several years. Repeatedly communicating regarding this with the regional manager Mr. Harish Singh and also given a written complaint to him he is least bothered to look in to the matter. I had called him several times but no action is taken from his side. and after giving a call in the helpline of bank those people are alo not answering the query. The responsible authorities are just harrassing customers by not answering them for so long. Was this information helpful? | |
