Hi I am holding ICICI credit card on which I had redeemed my reward pints for big bazaar vouchers for Rs 600.00 but the did not received to me till date. I have been following up with ICICI for more than two months but they are just buying time and not resolving my issue. I have spoken to their customer care Manager Mr Ritesh abt 20 days back and he confirmed that vouchers will be redispatch to me in two days but till date the same hasn't been sent. On 29/08/09 I hava again called up to the customer care ans spoken to another manager Mr Chankar. he also assured me that this will be my last call to ICICI and I will get the vouchers after in 48hrs but till date i.e. 04/09/09 no response from ICICI. My Complaint number with ICICI is 'ICICICARE=[protected]' , Would request you to take up this long pending issue with ICICI and resolve the same at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |

ICICI Bank official so careless ...not responding properly to the customer complaints ...Not in a position to keep the original property documents in a safe custody ... proudly they are writting me they misplaced my original property documents ..Swamy

Hi a customer of ICICI since 2000. We are privileged customer ...benefit was check pick ups from our residence ...both being doctors unfortunately do not get time for these official jobs in a stipulated time limit . We are being denied of that facility, but fortunately we have contacted quite a few pvt banks who are glad to provide us with these services & many more. Naturally we are moving OUT FROM this bank, but for your informations
1 They have changed the tenure of our FD s without our permission, for last one yr could not show documents in their favor .
2. I wrote a chk to our associates for monthly maintenance, the name has been totally changed .
3. Even in our monthly statements provided by the employees of ICICI the amount of FDs have been changed too ofcourse to a lesser amount .
These are just to name a few, which I think have some legal implications too ...would love to hear your response Regards, Dr Banerji

The ATM debit card provided expired in 2007 June so far no action taken to replace. From May 2013 till date I have made several Service request and through E mails,
Nothing is in positive side of sevice,
Every official who responds feels that my account is in some foreign origin
In spite of rigorous IT development CLAS account page on web site is not mapped for any online service for cheque book request or for ATM DEBIT card request .
I have become a scape goat or an animal on altar for sacrificing,
Hope with all courtesy llok imn to revive CLAS[protected] and send ATM DEBIT CARD in place of card No ending with 4600 already expired
