es, Sir we Madhusudan Chimalal Shah at chhota-udepur dist-Baroda Gujarat have a Icici bank Instruction card card no-[protected] recently icici have some problem with our HPCL company Hpcl did not given COR report and icici reduce our card limit from 41 lack to 18 lack our buisness is market releted so icici bank given notice for due out standing amount icici bank did not given any time to pay this over due amount and put so many charges of this over due pament that reason we go to state bank of india to put our papers to give us cc .so state bank of india requred credit report from icici bank so we demand a credit report to icici bank officer Mr.Himanshu Jatley( Instruction Card West Zone head) date[protected] for giving credit report but till date[protected] he was not given a credit report our state bank offficer also send a mail to himanshu jaitley for give a credit report.
second thing our talkinh with himanshu jaitley to wave our over due charges so he tell us first to pay 2050000 and we will wave your over due charges of Rs-32000.and we will give you a nodue certificate within three days, still today date[protected] he was not given no due certificate so we are send to our out standing 32000 Rupees today[protected] but we did not hope Mr.Himanshu Jaitley bring our no due certifiate
we also Mental hereshment complain from himanshu jaitley from one month and our state bank manager and Baroda icici insruction card officer also know how to takle jaitley to customer so we request you to punish that officer and to Issue our no due certificate as early as possible.
